Meitsu blinks again, trying to blink away her tiredness. She nods, smiling slightly. The two times she had slept really did make her feel better. And her wounds where almost healed up. She loved that she was such a fast healer.
"Yeah. How about you?" It looked to her that he seemed well rested. He didn't have any bags under his eyes or anything. So it was good to know that he slept well to and didn't stay up.

I'm fine, my shoulders a little sore, buts that's just because I fell asleep oddly on it.
Ash smiled slightly, put his left hand on his right shoulder, and rolled that shoulder. After a couple of seconds, it made a loud popping sound. Ash grimaced, then walked to the water, washing his face with it. He didn't evaporate the water, but let it run down his chest, shoulders. and back.
After that, he walked back to the fire and started it up with a mental flick. He gathered wood from nearby and stacked it up, in the fire, and let that take over before he let his grasp slip. The fire dulled and turned a more natural orange color than the red-blue stuff that was going on. [/sub]

Meitsu nods. "That's good i guess." She says, still a little sleepily. She rubs her eyes as she yawns. Metisumi leans against the tree and watches him restart the fire.
She never thought a fire could be this relaxing. Espically since she was a water demon. Usually Meitsu was terrifyed of fire and hated it. But for some reason, today she wasn't terrifyed, nor did she hate it. The fire was odly soothing to her today.

Ash eyed Meitsu carefully, collecting all the knowledge he had on her so far. She didn't talk very much, probably due to childhood tragedies. She played herself as weak for a while, but what really got him was that she was a water demon who was scared of fire, well, from what he could see in her eyes. He wanted to learn some more about that now.
Tell me, why are you scared of fire if your a water demon?
He didn't want to cause her any discomfort by him asking, but he was curious as to why her eyes showed what they did. She didn't seem scared of his fare, which was odd, but maybe it was because he was a dragon demon, not a fire demon. [/sub]

Meitsu frowns, wondering why he had asked the question. Wasn't it obvious? And how would he know she was afraid of fire. She didn't act like it. Not even with a camp fire right infront of her.
"I am a water demon. Fire is the only thing that can badly hurt me." She says, feeling a little uncertain to give ou the information. He was a fire demon and now that he knew that, if she ever made him made at her he could use that against her if he wanted.

Hmm...
Ash was in thought about what Meitsu said. Water should have been strong against fire, not the other way around. He wouldn't comment on that, though. He fought water demons before, and knew they were much stronger around water than farther away, but some of the older and more powerful demons could call water from the ground in the general area.
Meitsu may learn that when she was older, or even soon if she took the time. What really hampered water was lightning. Lightning is able to quickly vaporize water, and kill the demon that uses it. This what why Ash was careful when he was using lightning around Meitsu. [/sub]

Meitsu closed her eyes. She wasn't feeling to well anymore. It was probably because her injuries where really bad. She needed to get to a town with a healer quick. Hopefully they would heal her even though she was a demon.
"I should be going." She says, she stands up and sways slightly, then grabs her things, shouldering them. "Thank you for being so nice and for taking care of me."

Your welcome, but are you sure your ready to head off so soon? I don't want you go head off, collapse, and have a demon kill you or worse. [/b] Ash's face showed concern for Meitsu, but he wasn't going to stop her from leaving. If she thought she was up for it, then he would let her. Ash stood up and walked to the tree with most his things under it. He didn't grab any of them, but instead the small glass work he made yesterday. The glowing blue inside set shadows on the glass. He walked to Meitsu and gave it to her. Here, take it. I don't want it to rot away here, and I have no use for it.Ash smiled, sat down, and tossed another piece of wood into the fire. He stared into the fire for a moment before standing up again. He grabbed the leftover fish and flash-fried them, leaving nothing left. Them being left overnight turned them bad, and the smell was starting to annoy Ash.[/center][/sub]

Meitsumi smiles down at the glass that he gave to her. It was really pretty. And it was sweet of him. She holds it up and watches it as it glimers. She stops, not making it out of the camp and turns.
"Well... If i don't make it to a village soon, i don't think my wounds will heal and then i'd be really weak... It's really sweet of you to care of me but i have to go really. If you want i guess you could come with but i can be pretty boring." Meitsu smiles and laughs slightly. That was true, she could get boring. Or at least that was how she felt.

Are you sure you want a dragon demon to come with you? After all, I can make... Fire.
Ash held up his right hand as he spoke, and when he said fire, a ball of blue-ish red fire popped into existence. Ash sent it out, and it burst like a balloon against Meitsu. It wasn't hot fire, but rather warm, and it didn't hurt to touch the flames on her body. They didn't even smoke or blacken her clothing. Ash laughed slightly before putting out the small flames. Meitsu panicked when the flames where on her skin. When they where gone, she calmed down and focused on catching her breath. Maybe she was wrong about him and maybe he really did intend to kill her... Meitsu's eyes widen and she takes a step back.
That'd be her life. soon as she trusts someone they start her on fire. She looked at her arm and then at him, angery and hurt. "Don't ever do that again." She says, fear barely visible in her voice since she masked it with anger and hurtness.

Alright. Don't worry, I may play around, but I would never hurt you. Look at your clothing and everything. Its cold fire. It's more of a light show, and it couldn't catch dry grass on fire. Sorry to scare you.
Ash was no longer smiling. He turned around and sat at the base of a tree. He didn't mean to give Meitsu a heart attack, he was just playing around, but she was still sacred of fire. There were things in this world much worst than fire. He closed his eyes, only listening to everything going on around him. [/sub]

Meitsu swallows and then nods and goes back to her usual self. "Alright. That's good to kno." She felt slightly sad that he wasn't going to come with but told herself to get over. People didn't like her. Why would they want travel with her? She smiles faintly. "It was nice metting you."
Meitsumi wanted to get to the village before the sun set. She could struggle with seeing in the dark sometimes. And she knew most other demons could see very well. Maybe it was because she was a water demon or something.

It was nice to meet you, too. It felt good to relax, even if it was for a short time. I'm going to hang out here for a little bit longer. If you need anything from me, just call out. Just dont forget about your friend here, alright?
Ash smiled slightly and stood up, grabbing a piece of wood, and set that into the fire. The flames licked at his naked arm, but didn't burn him. He moved the already burning pieces around, and set the new one in a specific place. When Ash took his hand out of the fire, a badly chard piece of wood collapsed, sending the rest of the wood that it was supporting down, and sent a cascade of sparks into the air. Ash arranged the sparks into a large flower before they cooled. It was a nice sight and it made Ash smile. [/sub]

Meitsu nods and smiles at the friend comment. She made note to herself not to keep him to close, but she was sure that a safe distance in a friendship wouldn't hur. And he be safe from her derranged stalker too. She switches feet and watches the fire for a while. "Yeah... A friend." She says slightly happily, smiling.
