She can be thoughtful and very perceptive, being able to see things in others that normal people can not; essentially, the good things about other people. It is not ability or something, she believes it’s more like a sixth sense, this one women are supposed to possess. They say that eyes are the soul’s mirror and it is true. “You can deduce a lot from others’ facial expression.” She’s somebody who remembers faces a lot and she likes to examine every single (facial) trait of everyone she meets. she doesn’t like being taken by surprise; therefore Sayuri tries to gather as much information as possible from another person. If he or she has been hurt lately, which you can guess from their eyes’ expression (usually when people get lost in thoughts and their eyes start shining brightly while a light coat of water makes them look like crystal), if they are a vindictive or hot-tempered person. “Ages of experience end up turning you into a great observer.”
She also thinks an awful lot before communicating her thoughts, it is a little problem she has with trusting others. It takes quite a lot of time for her to really trust anyone, but once she does, she’s loyal to death. From this, she can produce some good advice if there's a time that she needs to give out a few wise words. She likes helping those she appreciates. If she ever sees somebody in need of some comforting words, or good advice, or whatever, she will always try to do her best and help him/her.

- Kurayami | Shadow balls – Created with her demonic power, Sayuri is able to create shadow balls that disintegrate a low-ranked demon when getting in touch with it.
- Torikumo | Fox claws – A basic move that truly doesn't require much power on Sayuri's part. It can be done in either form she takes. It's basically an outward slash of her hand, sending blades of energy that take on a green color. At most there are at least four blades, because her demon form only has four claws/talons. It can do major damage if her opponent allows all three to strike their body, more than likely slicing up a few good body parts. It has a more of a shocking, stinging sensation.
- Tadayo | Levitation – It is more considered an ability than a power. It makes it possible for Sayuri to levitate in the air, which can be more than useful when she is fighting against an enormous Youkai or a flying demon.
- Aura – Her aura can technically be used as an advantage if she uses it correctly, and on the right type of demon, humans can't really defend themselves against it. If used correctly it can instill a sense of fear and intimidation, obviously making her opponent feel quite surrounded as it tries to cover them. With enough force behind it, her aura can cause some to go into mass hallucinations, persuasion of the mind, and possibly death if the mind and body is too feeble to defend itself. This however will not work on some demons, especially those that are of an offending element. Sayuri only uses it when it's truly needed.

- Secchakuzai | Fang whip – The necklace she wears is indeed a weapon in disguise. When pulled off and powered up it forms into a much longer length. It is actually a whip which has medium sized fangs, the leather runs through them much like a thread through a needle. It is extremely lengthy, much larger than her as it'll usually lay on the ground. It can cause much damage as the fangs will usually rip through her opponents body, even stabbing them numerous times if it just happens to coil itself around them. They can be deflected and even broken with the right use of force, causing her to replace them every now and again.
- Taiyou and Mangetsu – Twin swords charged with demonic power that are able to cut almost anything. Taiyou stands for the sun and Mangetsu for the moon.
