- Programming Experience
- Past Moderation Experience
- Desired Position- Put which position you're applying for (regular, elite, global, second admin)
- Boards(s) You Would Like To Moderate
- Why You Feel You Are The Right Person For This Position
- Any Other Information You Feel The Administrative Team Should Have
