- Demonic powers. (see the power description)
- Quick thinker.
- Amoral.
- Paranoid. Yes, it actually keeps him alive.
- Somewhat detached from the fabric of human thinking. Can see threads of life where other people see none.
- Underestimates no one.
- Shameless liar and manipulator.
Weaknesses:
- Useless with any weapon save swords.
- Can become too overconfident.
- Partial insanity.
- Can make enemies quite easily. Codes of honor, politeness, he ignores everything.
- Quite anarchistic/chaotic as a personality. Alienates himself from the uneducated pleb and comes to grip with any sort of authority.
- Avaricious and lustfull. His passions can get the better of him.
- Bronze weaponry. They are anathema to him.
Likes:
- Strong drink, women, good food, hippodrome races. Men's common pleasures.
- Philosophy. Has his own views about 'cause, causality and reaction'.
- Sorcery. Enjoys the feeling of power.
- The hunt. Hunting a victim or being hunted give birth to the most healthy state of mind. If you think they are out to get you, it means you think you matter.
- Causing insurrections, especially against religious leaders.
- Iron Working.
Dislikes:
- Religion. Men always need to believe than someone more powerful exists to protect them. Or is responsible for their failures.
- Witch hunters. Same deal.
- Most of other demons. They are pretty edgy and unpolished.
- The weak willed and cowards. Self inflicted weakness is the greatest sin.
- Dungeons. Bring back bad memories.
Personality:Biggest problem with most people is that they are predictable. Most people is Deimos. You can always expect him to cause chaos and disorder against any sort of authority (political, divine, you name it) and when you see priests burning you can safely point the finger at him without the fear of having sentenced the wrong guy. Chances are, he's to blame for sacrifising your dog/child in some sorcerrous ritual too.
In more than 50 years of causing one insurrection after another he has gotten predictable. Yet, in his casual overcondifence, he'll probably never admit to that. He enjoys violence as long as it furthers his own ends and stays within the spaces of his aims. While not exactly extremely violent, he has the occasional streak of sadism, but preferring it's psychological/emotional side than the physical one. Breaking someone's face isn't as satisfying as breaking one's mind and soul.Another aspect of his rebellious personality is the enjoyment he takes into people buying his lies and being manipulated, even if that manipulation has no definite aim or end.
Despite his somewhat 'evil' (psychotic, cruel, morbidly funny, you choose) personality, he could not be described as moody, angry or cold and reserved. Mostly, when not burning people alive, inciting rebellions or arguing points of philosophy with himself, he is casually joyful and even somewhat carefree. He seems no reason why not to enjoy the simple pleasures of life and worry about everything.
To him, there is always nothing to worry about. Things that can be fixed will be fixed, so no need to worry 'bout it. Things that can't be fixed...just can't be fixed, so why cry over them?

- Sorcery. Meaning, the ability to touch the Other and call upon it's energies with various incantations. His main skills in sorcery lie in manipulating raw power into various shapes and blasts and use it as an offensive and defensive weapon. Limited teleporting (usually within meters) is also possible.
However, sorcery is poison to the user as well as the victim. Being in connection with the other for too long can be like a cancer within one's mind and body. Insanity and health problems are the long-term side affects. The shorter ones narrow down to extreme exhaustion and even loss of conciousness.- Demon Shape. Deimos can transform into a winged demon, capable of inhuman physical abilities and sorcerour powers. The transformation lasts for about half an hour at most and leaves him half-blind with pain after he returns to his original form, due to the altering of his bodily functions and proportions. Additionally, he can sprout wings while remaining in his human form, as well as develop large claws to use on unarmoured enemies. While demonic nail is a bit tougher than the human one, it still can't do much in the face of steel.
- Psionic Abilities. Another one of Deimo's particular talent is mind magic, otherwise called psionic sorcery. It centers around telekinesis, the generation and manipulation of the natural elements (fire and lightning, in his case) and some limited telepathy to communicate with another mind, if that mind is willing.
Deimos' limits with his telekinesis is shaping it into rays and blasts to hurt his foes, as well as the manipulation of almost half a ton of weight. The same thing goes for the other disciplines. Fire and lightning generation and manipulation are limited to medium scale usage only. Nothing resembling a fire- or lightning storm can be pulled off by him.- Some limited swordplay. Can work with most swords easily, though he isn't anything great. Your average experienced swordsman.

Deimos Naggorite was born in south-eastern europe in a poverty-stricken village. His mother was a village girl that was kidnapped by a witch for a summoning ritual. While she was to be sacrifised, something went wrong during the ritual and the demon that appeared raped her and killed the witch. Returning to her village she was shunned and thrown out, reeking of otherwordly corruption. She fled to a nearby city and gave birth to two children, a son and a daughter, Deimos and Lamia.
Having to whore to take care of a children, she was killed by an angry customer when her children were at the age of 5. So, they grew up as street urchins, picking pockets and begging for a living. Eventually, Lamia was taken in by an orphanage and Deimos dominated a gang of young criminals by intimidating them by discovering the powers his heritage had bestowed upon him. Soon, he became infamous, a boy of 13 selling protection to merchants who had grisly accidents (one was burned alive, another had his heart torn out by some beast) if they refused.
Eventually, the city guard hired a witch hunter to track him and bring him down. Deimos was caught and would have been burned at the stake if some renegade sorcerer had not appeared and bribed the guards to take him away, as his apprenctice. Despite being uneducated, Deimos' proved to be an avid student, learning to read and write, receiving an advanced knowledge of mathematics and philosophy and studying the histories of old. And, after 3 years of being taught the eksoterics (outer knowledge, meaning things of this world) his master decided to teach him the esoteric arts. (sorcery)
With his demonic blood, talent and love for power, Deimos fell head-first into arcane books and studied 'till his eyes were in danger of going bad. It was at that time that he discovered his psionic talent, something that he hid from his master. After two years of learning the basics of sorcery, he was thirsty for more knowledge, but his master would not provide him with it. The point was to keep him under his thumb and that would only happen if his stundent was weaker than him.
So, one night that he was asleep, Deimos broke his sorcerous wards with his psionic powers and invaded his mind, forcing him to reveal the location of his hidden grimoires before cutting his throat, while he was still stunned from the psionic assault. After another year of going through the grimoires, expanding his knowledge and power, he decided it was time to make his mark in the world.
He joined a mercenary company and was ushered into a world of war, where he was thrown (mercenaries are expendable, what did you expect?) against all sorts of suicidal missions and charges, especially attacks aimed at smashing emeny pike formations, which is a death sentence in itself. Having outlasted the maximum life expectancy of the pike breaker, people started to suspect him. He did not grow old, his scars dissapeared and never got promoted above seargent rank, despite being one of the oldest men in the company. Sooner or later his heritage and sorcery became the common secret of the whole band, known by all but never spoken of. If anything, it gave them an edge in battle.
Soon, they became famous enough to be hired by powerful men and showered in riches. But rich mercenaries are less liked than poor ones, so they had to leave the Old Continent and take the long road into the east. Getting caught up in a few conflicts on their sojourn, their fame expanded even further. Finally, the demon lord of the southern lands hired them witht he promise of power and a place where they could choose to pass the rest of their days in peace.
It was a good deal. The men were statisfied with the promise of peace and Deimos was greedy for the power the lord offered. Just one last battle, the last in a series of thousands of bloody conflicts. Out of a thousand men, the company had been cut to almost half that number. Peace and rest was what most sought now.
But things are rarely that simple.
The company was never expected to survive. They were ordered to take the walls of an enemy fortress, but failed because of the stubborn defence a horde of demons put up. They were bled mercilessly and without remorse, until , finally, only Deimos had the sense to desert and leave the rest to their grisly fates.
Now, he sells his sword and sorcery to the highest bidder, trying to put together a new mercenary band and finally make his mark in the world. Power from beyond is good indeed, but power on this Earth is even sweeter.
