Detailed Personality Description: Shippo is always getting in mischief, whether it is making insulting comments or playing tricks, he's always in some sort of trouble. However, he never plays tricks on girls unless they are evil or mean to him. He has developed a habit of making certain people angry sometimes. Often times he'll say things under his breath that are overheard, and he receives a bonk over the head. Even so, he is a likable kid, and many people can see him as a younger sibling. Despite being mischievous, Shippo is also charismatic.
Because he isn't a bad person, despite his pranksterness, Shippo cares deeply for his friends and will try all he can to protect them. This is partially an emotional response to what happened to his father, but also just because he's a good person.
He is still a kid, though, and when he's not bravely protecting his friends, he's cowering behind the leg of a friend, whimpering.
When first meeting someone, Shippo will try to give off the impression of a tough and mature person. However, long exposure to him will reveal his true nature.

History
Detailed Personal History: He was born to a fox demon mother and a fox demon father, so he was born full demon. However, one night, Shippo's mother had an affair with his father, and left him to take care of Shippo alone. (made up that bit.

Shippo's father was good at taking care of him, though. He kept an eye on him at all time, and protected him from all the demons that they came across in the forest. Shippo loved his father.
One morning, he woke up before his father, and decided to surprise him with forest nuts and berries. He left to collect them, and when he came back, he was "greeted" by the Thunder brothers, Hitan and Mantan. Mantan wore his father around his waist like a belt.
Shippo ran away, promising vengeance. For this, however, he lacked the strength. So, he seeks out the Shikon jewel, and finds Inuyasha. After a sequence of events, Inuyasha kills the Thunder Brothers for Shippo. After that, Shippo traveled with Inuyasha.

RP Sample: The warmth of his father's body stirred him from his sleep. Surprise suddenly filled Shippo to the brim, and drained. He was then filled again with disappointment. It was another dream.
Shippo sat up automatically, without even telling himself to do so. He looked around, and then stood. His father was asleep. Shippo then realized that this wasn't just a dream. It was a nightmare. And a flashback.
Again against his will, Shippo waddled through the forest. He spent an hour or two collecting berries and nuts, then head for home. Shippo knew what was coming. His mind screamed: "Don't go back! Run away!" But his body didn't listen. He entered the clearing where his father had laid.
2 demons stood before him. But Shippo wasn't looking at them. He was looking at the belt worn by one of them.
His father was being sported like a belt. This time, the scream that escaped his lips was purely his, and not forced.
Shippo sat up abruptly, his eyes snapping open. He was cold with sweat. His heart pounded on his ribs like a prisoner pounded on his bars. Tears welled up on his lower lids. "Daddy..."
