History: Laow and Taow were given to Päällikkö from the Chief before him when the old man stepped down for Päällikkö to take his spot.

_{1: His shadow control consist of being able to manipulate the shadows to his pleasures, such as making them into solid shapes, liquid base puddle to cause someone stepping into it sink into the shadows, or into small particles that create a dark fog. Since he can manipulate the shadows, he can create a dome of shadows to protect himself. |Mind warp| - Paallikko has now explored farther into his mind reading abilities, now he has found a way of using that ability to control a person's mind. That of course only happens when he is able to break the demon or human's will, it's more easier if he has physical contact with the person. After that the person is pretty much puddy in his hands. This is only used on lowly lesser demons.

|Breaking Point| - After Paallikko has successfully broken the person's will, he can litterly make a person's mind into mush. Which in the end causes the person to die.

|Simon says| - Once again if the person's will is broken he can make the person do as he tells them to do.
