Genji walked through the forestand looked around. The forest looks a lot different from what my memoeries tell me. It was about 6:30 at night. The crickets were already chirping and the sky was already darkening. The wind was a pleasent breeze and it was aout 60oF.
Genji had been walking around for sometime now, looking for a new village to pillage. He had never knew the world was this big. He hadn't even known anyy of these senses before. What was that? a rustle in the woods? He turned toward the woods. "Who are you and what do you want ?" Genji asked with a tone of command in his voice.

Tsuzuki had been wandering around, also looking for somthing to pillage. Yuki padded quietly at her side, looking drowsy. It was almost dusk-- a wolf's favorite time of day. She paused to drink in the scent of the wind. She noticed a new scent, strange yet familiar, and not far away.
"Come on Yuki, I smell another wolf demon."
Zuki came to a stop just behind the treeline. She could see the stranger now. He seemed to know that she was there though. Knowing that hiding wasn't going to do anything, she stepped out into the clearing and smiled.
"I am Tsuzuki of the North. The pup is Yuki."
She nodded to the little white wolf pup at her heels.
"I want shikon shards, power, some colder weather, and some food. In short, nothing from you."

Genji stared at the woman and the pup. Haven't I seen these two somewhere before Genji looked at the moon as if trying to make a decision. "I only have a sollution to one of those problems", he replied as he pulled out meat and handed it to the demon. "Just don't think you owe me anything." Genji turned back to the trail and asked "Weren't you at the battle where the foolish ram demon fought?"

Tsuzuki stared at him a moment before taking the meat.
"You do know that I wasn't serious, right?"
She examined what he handed her for a minute. Didn't seem like he was trying to poison her or anything. Still, she passed it to Yuki but signaled for her not to eat yet.
He knows about the battle with the ram?...Wait, the demon in the village....
"Yes, I did fight a ram hanyou in a village not far from here. At one point I thought there was another wolf demon in the village. I suppose that must have been you?"

Genji's ears perked up as he heard her question. I thought the black clouds would cover me up, Damn! "Yes, that was me", Genji replied with a sigh of dissapointment. He turned to the dog that was holding the meat. Are they trying to trick me into giving them informtion?Does she know of my origin? "Do you know where the ram hanyou ran of to, or the whereabouts of the dog demon clan?" Genji asked the woman as he stared her in the eye.

"The ram hanyou? I have no idea where he is. And I could honestly care less. But the territory of the dog demon clan is that way."
She turned and pointed back to the way she came, then turned back around and met his gaze.
Is he trying to be threatening? He doesn't seem stupid enough to try to intimidate the one he's asking for directions. Odd...
Yuki cocked her head and stared up at him, and gave a muffled bark. It translated to "Who the heck are you?"

Genji stared at the pup. "I am Genji", He answered as he bent down to the pup's leveland rubbed it's head as he petted it's head with a smile. "Thank you for your help", he murmered at the woman. "If you have enemies", he said with a click of his claws, "I'd be happy to help." He got up and looked at the moon again.

Tsuzuki nodded and smiled back
"No problem"
Yuki nudged a Genji's hand playfully as he pet her head and gave a happy bark.
"I appreciate the offer, but I think I can hadle myself...Unless Yuki does something crazy and get's us both killed.", She laughed. Yuki gave her a look of mock hurt. "Like nothing like that has ever happened before Yuki-chan..."

Genji laughed at Tsuzuki's remark, " How would a pup do that?" Genji asked as he turned back to the woman. Genji saw the hurt look from Yuki and petted her once again. "Did she cuase a catastraphe of some kind?" He asked as he continued petting Yuki.

"Oh, Yuki has her ways. No huge catastrophie...Yet. She's come pretty close though."
Yuki barked at her again.
"It's not my fault. You think I like being captured by hanyou's or used against you?"
She looked up at Zuki with her big, brown puppy eyes.
"Would I ever purposley do anything to get you killed?"

Genji raised an eyebrow at the pup. This has got to be one of the wierdest conversations ive ever been in. "Does she always get captured by hanyous and used against her will?"
He asked as he flicked a mosquito off of himself.

"Not always, but you'd be suprised at how much trouble such a small puppy can get into. Sometimes it's running off into swamps or such, dropping rabbit carcasses on the heads of demon assassins, nothing is ever dull with Yuki."
As she spoke, Zuki realized how strange this must sound. Just random.

Genji stared at the demon as he listened, trying to decide if she would be a good ally or not. He turned to her and stared. "Would you like to help me take out the clans opposing ours?" He asked with a smile across his face. He knew he wouldn't be able to do it on his own, so why not find some wolves that could help him.

"Ours meaning the Yourouzoku tribe? Well of corse! What sort of wolf demon would I be if I didn't fight for my species?"
Yuki barked in agreement, pricking up her ears.
"So, at the moment, which clans are our enemies...?"

Genji stood there blankly, trying to think. " I would think it would be the dragon and ox clans", he answered as he pulled close to the demons. " If you find any travelers, ask them to join in the fight against them. It would truly help our favors against thiers." He stood thier looking into thier eyes, trying to guess what they would say and hoping to join his allaince.
