It's been over a millennium, since the battle between Harry Potter and Voldermort. SO long in fact that the entire story Is barely anything more than a fable, the story that once was believed to be written in wizarding memories has faded to almost nothing. Voldermort's name worth little more than to scare a misbehaving child into behaving with a scolding of 'behave or Voldermort will get you'. Harry's name considered barely more than a hero in children's tales, merely a name everyone knows, yet no one really knows why.
The magical world has lay in peace ever since. On the surface it appears that the magical world has over come its differences. Even the werewolves and the vampires have begun to gain the rights they deserve. Yet nothing can last forever, especially not peace. Where good lies in the world there also lies evil. After so long in peace many are beginning to slack off, believing everyones safe, believing everyone feels the same, and when people slack off, it gives the darkness once again a chance to spread.
It began slowly, a simple disappearance here and there, and unexplained death, but it quickly escalated. Once again fear is beginning to creep into the wizarding world. Recently the disappearance of the minister of magic Verron McGale himself was admitted to the press, in an attempt to keep down the panic they knew would soon follow they quickly replaced him with his half brother Vincent McGale, no one giving a thought to his mysterious past or his distant attitude, and the many dark rumors that circled him where quickly displaced, whether by cover-up or truth few know.
The most startling and horrifying of the accounts so far was the destruction of Trinstan, a fairly knew school for witchcraft and wizardry, barely ten years old it was said to be good enough to eventually beat even Hogwarts outstanding reputation. That is until a month into term last year when the school was discovered in ruins. No one who saw the scene came out the same, and few would say very much about it, only that they where dead, all dead. The formal paper released in the press was that the majority of the school was found brutally murdered and the rest, were missing.
At the discovery of this the three remaining magical schools held a conference, each of them worrying about there safety and there students. After many hours of discussion they came to an agreement, they would combine there schools, and would share the Headmaster spot, no one person would run the school but a combination, running the school in a fairly similar way to how Hogwarts was ran in its beginning days.
Thus Beauxrumarts was created. There systems were already fairly similar so they only had to tweak it slightly. Adding two houses for Beauxbutans, Pawpan and Eatherpea. Along with two houses from Drumstrang, Fangwo and Ramasco. As the new year begins the two headmistresses and headmaster will face many challenges, among them being there differing attitudes, beliefs, teaching methods, and punishments. It was done once, the question remained, could these three do what those before had done while keeping the children safe? Or when the school begins will the mysterious happenings outside, come in also?
