Detailed personality description: Akujin is typically cold to others, unless they show him that they are worthy of kindness, which in Akujin's opinions, they usually aren't. He is hard to impress, though if it happens, he will act friendly towards the person. He is easily bored, and prefers to kill, or toy with the lives and emotions of others when he becomes bored. He dislikes those whos beliefs differ from his, and tends to torture such people. He also despises most humans, unless they can prove themselves worthy of his respect. In his child form, though, he acts kind and innocent towards others, and sometimes acts childish, in order to make it seem as though he is a child.

History
Detailed Personal History: Akujin was born as the 'Prince of the underworld', since his father, at the time, was the original lord of the underworld. Akujin's father trained him very hard, giving him practice fights between himself and his father, where his father would fight as hard as he could, which ended up injuring Akujin greatly sometimes. He later, at around 2000, challenged his father for the 'crown', in which he lost and was 'banished' to the human world, unable to come back until he collected 100 demon souls. Akujin eventually got back after getting all of the souls, taking him about 100 years. He immediately challenged his father again, almost winning. He was once again banished to the living world, this time for 1500 years. While in the living world, he began training himself so that once he came back he would be able to defeat his father.
After the 1500 years, he ended up back in the underworld, challenging his father once more, in which he barely won. His father, who's time as the underworld's lord was up, disappeared from the underworld forever. About 6400 years later, a demon entered the underworld, being killed by his own comrads. Akujin decided to grant this demon, Naraku, a second life, if he could defeat his strongest minions. Naraku succeeded, and Akujin allowed him his second life, as well as giving him four of his own generals to accompany him.
