Detailed Personality Description:
Haru in general is dark. A quiet, distant soul, she doesn't do much socializing- that is away from going in trances and talking on ouiji boards. She is the kind of person that sits in the back of the room, doodling in a notebook or writing depressing poetry. She spends her lunches being anti social, and practicing her music, reading a book or working on her art. In school she obtains top marks (save for in math class) but no one would ever know it for she sits in the back of class where she says little to nothing, unless asked directly a question. When this occurs, she answers correctly, and to the point, in a soft, often monotone voice.

She always keeps her talents hidden from everybody else. If you were to ask her peers what she does- all of them would be stumped. This may be because of Haruka's inability to open up to anyone else, because of her very low self-esteem. She tries to put on a front that she could care less about anything anyone else could say, and yet she is exactly the opposite. In fact she is very self conscious and gets flustered easily. She swoons upon hearing compliments, and gets agitated with insults.

She protects herself with cynicism, as well as being highly sarcastic. She can have a sharp tongue when people insult her, and has no problem verbally attacking someone. When she does this, she gives a few, hard hits. She doesn't care if the person cries, or at least she tries not to allow people to see that in fact, she does. She likes to study people from afar, and will tend to be that way with boys too. She, in fact is rather shy when it comes to the opposite sex, and will crush in silence, trying desperately to avoid conversation even more than usual with these individuals.

She has an innate interest in things demonic or dark- and can often be found in graveyards, or attending many funerals (even of people she doesn't know) She is always seen in something black, save for at school. Despite this disposition, she can be extremely sweet when around her younger sister, who she puts above herself, and anything else in life. She would die for her sister.

History
Detailed Personal History:
Haruka was generally a neglected child, when it came to her parents. Her parents gave her Independence at a very young age. Ber parents weren't very active in her life, whenever she had any school recitals, for example, neither were present. She never went without- and this is important to know. It wasn't that she was abused or unprovided for- but rather, she didn't get the attention that she craved. Her grandparents were her providers, and her support. When she was eight however, when her grandparents were picking her up from school, they were involved in a bus accident, in which there were 3 casualties... two of which were Haruka's grandparents. After this point, Haru became severely depressed, and started isolating herself from her child hood friends. This is when obsessed in contacting the dead, and spirits, as she felt a need to feel her grandparents' love yet again.

When Haru was 12, her little sister, Betsukawa, was born. Not wanting her sister to feel the neglect that she felt as a child, Haruka took a great interest in her sister. She essentially raised her. Now that Haruka is sixteen, she has just started her first year of high school. She is one of the top of her class (she would be the top if not for her mathematic scores) She has been pushed into several clubs- including art and music, and is uneasy about both. Her plan for high school? Fly under the radar.
