Dahlia is a very kind-hearted girl, and yet there is a part of her that is anything but kind. That is the part of her that is tormented by nightmares of something that she should remember, but can't. She loves being a gypsy and performing with her so-called 'family', but sometimes she wishes that she could just remember who she really is. She has an uncanny natural ability to perform, which makes her quite adept at dancing and singing, two things which she extremely enjoys. She also really loves to flirt with men, as long as they watch where their hands go, that is.
Her biggest weakness is her build, which is very petite. She hates that she's so small, although in some situations it has been a blessing to her. At seventeen she knows she won't grow anymore though, which still makes her a bit sad.

Dahlia comes from a long line of gypsies, and carries out the traditions proudly. She loves being with such a close-knit group of people that she can call family. Even though she doesn't know who her parents are, or the fact that she doesn't remember much of what happened when she was six, she is still very happy with her life.
She began her dance and singing lessons when she was nine, and in the last eight years she has completely perfected her routines so that she is elegant, poised, and overall very good at performing. Her grandmother told her that she inherited some of her talent from her mother, who had once been a top-notch dancer in her own right. Dahlia doesn't know what to make of that, since when she tried to ask for more information, her grandmother wouldn't tell her.
Dahlia also has a recurring nightmare that tortures her endlessly, often resulting in her becoming extremely sleep-deprived. In the nightmare a little girl is running through a forest. Just as she is about to grab the ball she slips and falls into a pool of water that she couldn't see before. As she struggles around the water begins to turn red with blood. This was always the point when she woke up screaming. Dahlia knows that the little girl was her, but that is all she remembers. She has a feeling that whatever happened to her when she was a child has something to do with why her parents are no longer around. If only she could figure it out...
