Yuna sighed, looking down at the young boy who was her son. It was strange to think that, even though he was almost eight years old. She hadn't seen Naraku since that day when the two of them met Asuma the adult for the first time. She had taken their son with her, promising to train him some more.
"Mother, what are we doing here? I thought we were going to visit Hikitsu?"
Her lips twitched as she tried to keep herself from laughing at what she had decided to call the adult Asuma. Kami, thinking about this gave her such a headache...
"No, not today, Asuma. We're going to see someone else."
The boy looked up at her questioningly, wondering who this 'someone' was. Would it be someone as entertaining as his uncle? Hikitsu certainly was fun. He always got really funny when Asuma asked anything about Hikitsu's past.

Watching Yuna and what appears to be his son Asuma Naraku watched by leaning against a tree and keeping a close eye on the kid. No smile or emotion came across his face Naraku then looked at Yuna seeing that she is still beautiful an wondering if she knew that he was killed and he was back.
A small demon appeared on Naraku's shoulder. as it looked to see the two. "That could be you my lords." Naraku stayed quiet and watched...

Asuma turned back towards the marsh, folding his arms over his chest as he puffed indignantly. This was so boring; he hated to wait for things when there were so many things to do that would be more fun.
"Why won't you let me use my powers?"
The priestess paled, clenching her fists at her sides. She knew where this line of questioning was going, as they had gone through it before. It started with this, and ended with her in tears when he asked to meet his father. She couldn't go through that again. It had been surprising hard for her when she had heard that Naraku had been killed. She had heard vague rumors of his return, but nothing solid. She sighed, shaking her head.
"You cannot control them. I bound them so that you could only use them when I saw fit to start your training. Besides you were not old enough."
He turned to glare at her, his eyes flashing.
"When will I be old enough?"
Yuna shrugged helplessly, not knowing what to say to the boy. Wait a minute. She turned her head to the side as she sensed a demonic aura. Even with her powers acting up she could at least sense that. And she could at least protect her son.
"Asuma, stay back." She then continued in a louder voice, "Show yourself demon, so I won't have to blindly blow off your limbs."

Naraku sighed and looked at the small demon as it felt embarrassed and vanished. Hearing the lovely Yuna's comment he smirked knowing that she couldn't and a little shocked that she didn't recognize him aura.
"You couldn't blow my limbs off even if you tried Yuna"
taking a step from behind the tree and revealed himself and walking forward. Looking at her and his son realizing all the time away that he cares Yuna and wanted to be there for her and there child.
"Denying a child to use there powers is a taboo and can make them weak in the future."

Yuna felt her heart constrict and her breathing all but stop as she stared at the thought-dead demon. Was it really him? Had he really... were her powers really that damaged that she couldn't even recognize his aura?
"...Naraku... So it's....true then... you are alive..."
She quickly turned away from him and took a few steps away so that he wouldn't see the tears that fell from her eyes. Asuma looked up at her strangely, wondering who this man was and why his mother was crying like she was.
"Mother... who is this? Why are you crying?"
She mentally cursed their son for his loud mouth. She would have to teach him soon that there was a time when certain things shouldn't be said. She couldn't help but smile a little down at the boy.
"I'm fine... please, don't worry." She sighed, "Naraku... do you think a child should have access to powers that they do not know how to control? Powers that could get them killed?"

Smirking Naraku kept walking forward as he examed Asuma and then Yuna sensing her joy an pain.
"It's better he learns it young and get hurt now then later on still not being able to control it and it gets him killed"
Naraku kept his eyes on Yuna still looking beautiful and knowing that his son has so much power and he wants to see it so the next time he dies he may not be so lucky to return. Also knowing he has another son out there somewhere.
"Yuna the boy won't die he has the blood of two of the mightiest demons alive yours and..."

Even if I am unable to teach him to control the powers he inherited from me?
Yuna grimaced a little that Naraku seemed unwilling to finish the sentence. It was probably obvious that she had never said anything to their son about him. But that all had to change now. She moved so that she could see the both of them at the same time.
"Asuma... I would like you to meet... your father, Naraku."
Asuma stared at Naraku in confusion. His father? But his mother had always said that he was dead. How could a dead man be talking with them?
"You're...my father?"

Nodding Naraku looked at the confusion in his eyes.
"Asuma when you become as powerful as you mother and I Death won't stop you and Death cannot stop us either But yes I am your father"
Looking back at Yuna Naraku smirked as he could tell that she was in pain for a long time knowing this is alot for there son.
"He has a vast amount of both our powers especially the ability to travel through time am I correct? Then we must nurture his power now"
Naraku said to Yuna using his Psychic powers

"Are you going to... train me?"
Asuma asked, his eyes glittering hopefully. He remembered one time when his uncle said that he would one day be trained by the strongest demon known to man. Was that really this demon? His father? If so, he couldn't wait to begin.
Yuna looked at Naraku, her face grim as she shrugged her shoulders upward slightly.
"I... do not know what powers he might possess... I was unable to tell. I used my powers to bind his before I lost the ability to do so. But... you are right. He needs to know how to control at least one set of his powers."
She knew it was disgraceful that someone such as her would lose the ability to do something so simple. Removing it was simple enough, but placing a binding on... she doubted that she'd be able to do so now. Actually, she doubted that she'd be able to do much with her powers. Drawing in a shaky breath she moved over to Asuma, cutting her finger as she did so. When she reached him she placed her finger directly on the center of his forehead, muttering holy words under her breath. A pale violet light surrounded him for a few seconds before disappearing, along with the seal. She turned back to Naraku.
"He is ready."

Smiling Naraku nodded to what Asuma said and watched as Yuna released the seal and heard her confirmation. Naraku looked at Asuma as his son but as also in a way where he would have to train him hard. Holding out his hand a ball drops out of Naraku's hand as it opens to be a samiyosho that flew around Asuma.
"I want to see your current Level"
The Samiyosho flew back and charged in at Asuma as Naraku stepped back next to Yuna.
"Looks like you raised him well"

Asuma's eyes widened in fear as the insects flew at him. He glanced over at his mother, terrified. She only shrugged, giving him a shake of her head. He looked back at the Saimyosho, his skin paler than usual. He felt his power stirring within him, boiling to the surface. Just as the insects were about to descend upon him the boy released his energy, turning the Saimyosho that got too close into ash.
Yuna held her bleeding finger up to her face for closer examination, her eyes darting briefly darting to Naraku before going back to the wound.
"Thank you... I did the best that I could. But... he needed, and needs, his father."
She pressed the cut to her lips, parting them slightly as she watched Asuma shaking in fear.

Nodding Naraku looks at her put the finger to his lips as he quickly looks back to see Asuma use his power to turn the samiyosho to ash with a smirk on his face he looked at Asuma and held up is hand and snapped a finger.
Suddenly cries and roars from demons shook the land as hundreds if not thousands of demons surrounded the three.
"Lets see how you face against all of them Asuma"
Some demon were moderate to lesser demons Naraku wanted to see his limit not caring what Yuna thought he wanted to break Asuma's limit.

Asuma stared fearfully at the demons. He knew there was no way he'd be able to stand against them no matter how hard he tried. He wanted to run to his mother and hide, but then what would his father think of him? Besides, he also knew his mother wouldn't be able to defend herself either, so if he did move towards her he could get her hurt too; something he really didn't want to do.
So instead he once again tried to draw on his powers, this time reaching them a little quicker. The same energy shot out of him, killing some of the demons. But he couldn't hold it for long, and Yuna knew it. She glared at Naraku, her eyes flashing.
"Stop this now! He can't beat them! He's going to be killed. He hasn't even ever used his powers before today. How do you expect him to defeat hundreds of demons?"

Naraku watched as the demons charged at him rapidly as he stood there hearing Yuna and seeing Asuma's fear.
"He's not intend to beat all of them or even a fraction of them I just want to see what he can do in instint."
Naraku had his arms crossed as the demons got closer and closer putting his hand on Yuna's shoulder.
"Don't interfere"

Yuna watched in horror as the demons kept attacking their son, before finally closing her eyes. She clenched her fists at her sides, gritting her teeth. She just couldn't watch anymore.
"Do... do what you must... Just don't hurt him too badly... I can't... I can't heal him..."
Asuma felt himself start to get dizzy and became more afraid. Was he going to die? No, he couldn't die. Not yet. A dark purple aura surrounded him, creating a thick acid like miasma that could melt anything that it touched.
