Immortality-- Evane will live as long as the world does, only dying if a blade is pierced into her heart.
Electrokinesis-- She can control electricity.
Hydrokinesis-- She can control water.
Mind Manipulation-- She can twist one's mind and cause them to experience terrible pain or agony that can kill if enough pressure is applied, or she can cause one to be very happy.
Telekinesis-- This allows her to move abjects with her mind.
Accelerated Healing-- This causes her wounds to heal faster if she is ever harmed.
Acid Manipulation-- She can control acid and poison.
Astral Projection-- This allows her to control her astral body, thus preventing her soul to be swapped with anyone else's.

Power:
. Both have the ability to control fire, but Tic can control electricity and the shadows, while Toc can control water/ice and light.

Attacks

YinYang-- The two daggers are held together, side by side, and a jet of grey light shoots from the tips, aimed at the enemy. Can temporarily blind or paralyze.
Ice Bolt-- Toc will shoot shards of ice at the enemy.
Electric Bolt-- Tic will shoot bolts of electricity at the foe.
Fire Stream-- Both daggers are held together and fire will explode from them, aiming for the foe.

Limitations:
Tic cannot use electricity when Toc uses water, or Toc will crack. Toc cannot use water while Tic is using fire, or Tic will crack. And if too much pressure is applied while using YinYang, they will both break.

History:
On one evening while Evane was wandering the mountains, she chanced upon a fallen snake demon who had the two daggers attached to his belt. She shifted into her human form to grab them, and with that she took off with only the speed and grace a unicorn woman could possess. Later, while hiding away in a cave and examining the weapons, she discovered their names when the spirits in them spoke to her. Their names were Tic and Toc, and they were forged using the bones of a chaos demon, the blood of a blood demon, and the fangs of a vampire. She began training with them, learning their powers, and then sheathing them at her waist on a ivory belt she had also found on a dead body, and then shifting back into her normal form and taking to the mountains and forests again.
