Detailed Personality Description: Daijiro is a man of few words. Blunt and easily angered, you're more than likely to get some sort of grunt or nod as a response rather than actual speech. As grouchy as he is though, he much prefers peace for his people, and would rather not bother himself with petty wars. He doesn't bother himself with friends either, and has no mate as of now-- he needs to devote his full time to the care of his herd, and would die for any member of it, though one wouldn't get that impression from his normal attitude. Daijiro isn't quick to trust, and doesn't take friendship lightly. Arrogance is also not a personality trait, nor is cockiness-- only fools place themselves on a pedestal.

History
Detailed Personal History: Born the second of three sons, Daijiro, the most docile of the group, was in constant competition with his brothers. His mother died of infection from a wound received during a raid on an enemy tribe, leaving his father to raise them. Not being the most paternal of people and busy with his obligations as tribe leader, left them alone most of the time, which in turn taught Daijiro to appreciate the peace and quiet in nature. After his fathers death, his two brothers fought for the crown while Daijiro kept himself more low profile. The two ended up killing each other, leaving Daijiro to defeate the challengers from other families and take over their father's duties. He was rather young when this happened, forcing him to grow up too fast and leading to his somewhat nasty outer disposition.
Once being made leader, the next few years passes fairly uneventfully. Yes, there were some who challenged his title, but no major conflict with any of the other tribes. Alliances and enemies stayed as they were in his father's time-- but he feels that it's about to change.
