Detailed Personality Description: he is completely and utterly insane, he mostly ignores everyone around him unless he finds someone to play with, and most of the time he will stop at nothing to finish his games. he has something for eyes, but he only likes to take ones that he finds pretty. seeming like a nice child to everyone gives him an innocent appearance though will kill them without a second thought; and if he is not amused by how his playing turns out he will mangle the body (not in detail). and if he is not going to have fun with them he will kill them fast and move on to the next person to play with. he has a completely black soul killing anything that he finds amusing.

History
Detailed Personal History: Toboe was alone from the day he was born, his parents were alive but they were never around to even talk to him. it made his so mad that his parents didn't have time for him, always leaving him with the nanny (-.-). after a few years he made a plan for his parents to come back home. because if there is no nanny, his parents cant leave a 5 year old at home alone, and it worked his parents had to stay with him while the murder was investigated. however unluckily for his parents he enjoyed the violence and blood that came with murder it almost made him happy. while his parents were sleeping he killed them and left ( finding out that he had a strange thing for eyes), going around for five year killing anything he wanted.
