Asaka, being a half demon, is far more agile, swift, and stronger than any human. His demon heritage also bestows him with an enhanced sense of smell to the point he can detect youkai by smelling their youki. He also bears sharp eyesight and hearing.
Devour←
Asaka has the ability to actually devour flames and convert them into energy for himself. He can also absorb other forms of energy with this method, but flames are the only safe substance. Anything else, such as raw Youki, will react violently and cause him a few seconds of full body pain before giving him a strength and speed increase better than a normal dose of fire. However, once the energy is used up he will feel like a human would when they get food poisoning.

Asaka has the ability to not only create, but also manipulate fire. Not only that, but he has much more prowess in fire manipulation than with any other element. When using his fire abilities, his eyes tend to glow while flames engulf his hands. The flames on his hands don't take up youki to maintain unless Asaka wants them to have burning properties. If not, then they merely act as a source of light and warmth.
A fist sized blast of fire that is shot from Asaka's fist or mouth. When used from his fist, he fires these in rapid succession. It is believed he could easy shoot a hundred before feeling the drain.
→Salamander Claw
Asaka will engulf his hand in flame and use them in a claw-like fashion. The flames intensify the damage of these claw strikes, leaving burns inside the scratch wound. These claw strikes could give any demon second degree burns.
→Salamander Paw
Like Salamander Claw, Asaka will engulf his hand in flame. The only difference is that the flame is larger and more solid, creating an explosion when slammed into the target.
→Salamander Laceration Wave
Asaka will generate flames around his hand and then slash at the foe. The flames will launch at the foe in an arcing form, youki enabling it to cut as well as burn.
→Salamander Breath
Asaka will breathe in and then exhale a plume of flames, hot enough to give any demon third degree burns.
→Salamander Scale
Asaka will generate an aura of flames around his entire body, adding intense burning to all of his physical strikes.
→Salamander Rocket
While running or jumping, Asaka can emit a powerful jet of flame to propel himself up to three times faster. This boost in speed only lasts a few minutes and only while Asaka maintains the jet of flame.
→Salamander Shockfist
Asaka will generate an aura of heat around his fist, concentrated to the point where electricity is generated. He then uses the fist to attack his opponent in an attempt to stun them.
→Salamander Voltage
Asaka will generate heat in his hand or mouth, concentrated to the point where lightning is shot. Unlike Salamander Bullet, he can only fire one lightning bolt at a time.
→Salamander Subzero
Asaka will create a blue ball of fire from his hand or mouth. This fire has freezing properties instead of burning ones and is extremely cold instead of extremely hot.

While some han'you need the Shikon Jewels to achieve a full youkai transformation, if Asaka can intake a massive amount of flames or youki whilest in a state of great emotional distress, he can charge that into his own youki and attain his full demon form. In this form, the areas around his eyes will darken and his pupils dialate. His skin will hold a scale-like appearance and his hair becomes wild. Overall his appeal is more feral, but he maintains his sanity.
After undergoing his full demon transformation, Asaka's skin becomes scaly while maintaining the same color. These scales are hard enough to repulse steel.

After undergoing his full demon transformation, Asaka's fingernails sharpen to the point where he can use them to cut through things like a metal blade would.
