Detailed Personality Description:
Even as a demon several people see him as a genius. However, even though he has a tendency to seem smart, some who knew who he was raised by can tell he just mimics the behaviors of a sage. This main trait of his personality originates from the fact that his mother was a sage, and as stated before he mimics his mother. Since he has absorbed the traits of a sage he always tries to resolve things using wit without a wasted fighting effort. Through studying nature and having a thorough knowledge of the world around him, he can seemingly make better decisions.
Even though he may have small fits of rage, another general portion of his personality is his ability to remain calm in danger. The only reason he can remain calm, even in life threatening situations He doesn’t fear anything, no matter how dangerous it is, because he doesn’t understand what he’s supposed to be afraid of. For the entirety of his life he has always lived with a condition where the nerves in the body don’t fully function, making it impossible to feel pain. This is disorder is called Congenital Analgia. Though many people don’t see the downsides to not being hindered by pain, or muscle strain. He has the ability to completely overdo himself causing severe body damage, he won’t be able to tell how much he’s bleeding until he’s soaked his shirt, and even though he can’t feel the pain his body is still affected by the pain (Such as breaking a leg and still trying to run on it).
Riku is very hard to budge on his beliefs even as a young demon he seems to believe that opinions are opinions and nothing can change that. This philosophy causes him to not try to press his opinions on other people. Even though he has an open mind and a high tolerance of those that believe things that he is opposed to. There is a limit to this tolerance and even though he can control his anger in many situations he can sometimes jump over the edge and start a verbal assault, though he has never jumped to physical assault to solve these problems as it is against the belief of the Sage.
Riku has an odd addiction to sweets and candy; it can almost be considered a weakness. If one were to ask for any information he would easily give it away for candy or baked goods unless it was about one of his best friends. Even though he has an extreme addiction to candy and sweets, manipulation over his actions and such are nearly impossible to achieve with candy. This could come from his pride for his village, or that he is somewhat strong willed.
He is also a complete and utter pervert at heart. When he is talking with women he will generally stare at their body instead of at their eyes due to his lack of interest in their face. Even though he has an overwhelming desire of the opposite sex he would never attempt to grope unless he had an appropriate reason. Even though he has an incredibly perverted attitude he really is looking for someone that he can relate to: an intelligent young women with a nice body. Even though some demons deliberately set tribal enemies with other demons he makes no such enemies. He even tries to befriend them if they can get past the tribal relations.

Riku is a 5’ 10” male half-demon with a tan and an athletic-build, which some people may consider appealing to certain standards. He weighs 163 lbs and he has very little fat and quite a bit of muscle. His lower legs are built to the regular standard of a runner, they have quite a bit of muscle mass and this muscle has a large amount of endurance. The upper legs have a good muscle mass as well, however it’s hard to tell under his clothes. Moving up his body, his hipbones aren’t well defined yet his lower torso is quite thin and has a good amount of muscle in it as well. However where his legs run into his lower torso he has a slight curve on his sides. This could be seen as feminine however this curve occurs because of his lack of fat and the large amount of muscle in his body.
His torso has a slightly raised chest and an underdeveloped six-pack over his abdomen. The pectoral muscles aren’t as developed, but this is mainly due to his age. Around his neck and his shoulders he has a lot of muscle in this area, however there is no physical definition of this in his appearance. His arms are toned; however much of an accomplishment this is he still only has average demon strength at best. His arms have some muscles and look more or less like the arms of the average teenager. The hands at the end of his arms are of average size and have some fat attached to them so they don’t have a bony look to them.
A neck length of around three to four inches, Riku’s head isn’t quite chiseled and he has a look as if he is a bit younger. On his cheeks he has small red marks that look like whiskers. He can’t grow facial hair since his skin is smooth. He has a pure white hair that is somewhat long for a guy and the back of his hair hangs down to his shoulder and his side-burns hang down past his chin but they are much longer than his bangs. In his hair there are two red slivers on the left and right side, directly above the ear. The rest of his hair is long as well and he just lets it hang and sometimes the hair on the right side of his head usually spikes out a bit giving his hair a messy look. His nose is small and has a somewhat triangular look to it. His eyes are average size and are a deep, reflective yellow. They reflect light to give a mirror appearance, and thus in the sunlight gleam brilliantly. His top fangs peek over his lips, making it much easier to determine his demon heritage. On his head he has ears that are very similar to a cat’s; these ears have several black and white stripes on them. He also has a rather bushy tiger tail, which has black and white stripes all over it.
Riku’s visible wardrobe consists of mainly Blue clothes. He wears a pair of black baggy pants. They have pockets just under the belt line in the front left and right, and there are two pockets in the back and two more pockets on the lower portion of the jeans at about where his knees are. Over his feet he wears bandages and geta, which have metal plating on the bottom of them. These bandages cover his entire foot and the lower portion of his leg. Above that, Riku wears a loose blue robe with a small crest with a cross on the left side of its chest and a small hole in the lower back for his white and black striped tiger tail to fit through. On the front of neck there is a “V” shaped opening that splits and makes an oddly pointed neck hole.
When Riku turns into his full human form all the red marking in his hair and on his face disappear. His hair changes color to a dark black. He loses his tiger tail and ears, and his fangs disappear.

Detailed Personal History:
Just like many other demons born into this world Riku’s existence began at the moment that his birth mother was taken advantage of during a tiger demon attack. She wasn’t taken as a prisoner, but she was left tormented by the fact that she was now carrying the seed of a demon. Normally in this type of moment they would simply kill the demon child at birth and try to forget the matter; however, due to her state of instability she left her village so the baby could live. While she was away from the village she found a small monastery of monks who took her in after hearing her story. During her time there they planned on giving the baby to a Sage at birth. They hoped that she would be able to raise him to become a non-violent demon.
Of course after Riku’s birth she had no intention of staying with the small half demon baby. Fortunately the Sage, Terra, was there to nurture the small baby. As a small baby she always held him while reading out loud and let him listen to music. These activities stimulated his mind while he was very small, and it made him like to read later in his life. She raised him in the open forests near the monastery. During her short life she taught Riku the way of the sage, a never-ending search for knowledge, and how to fight using Kenjutsu. She had gotten him a katana and a wakizashi, which was blessed by the monks. This made these weapons very strong and gave them some powers to help Riku protect himself.
After Terra died he found himself leaving in search for a more eventful life. When he came to his first village he met a lot of beautiful women that ostracized him. He wasn’t used to the treatment that he got in his first visit to a real town. They treated him like he was a murderer. He thought it was his attitude towards the women and girls in this small town; however, he finally figured out the problem when the guards pointed and shouted a word he would hear several times in the future, “Demon”. After he outran the guards he has been weary of towns and any signs of human civilization. He could try to tell them that he’s not a danger, but who would believe a demon.
Sure he has killed a few demons, outran a few mobs, and trained further in his fighting style after this point in his life, but nothing has happened that was too memorable.
