He could remember watching his little brother mourning of the death of Izayoi and his father Inutaisho sitting alone on the ground snuggling in the fire rat robes. He couldnt stand to just watch anymore so he slowly approached his brother sitting down beside him."What is wrong Inuyasha?'' He would watch in silence as Inuyasha sat in his lap and cried and than the words hit him knowing the village kids had teased his brother about being a half breed.He patted his brother on the back before rising to his feet and heading toward the village.He held his brothers hand the entire way after moments a group of children and teenagers had came out and were throwing rocks.
Tashamaru caught a rock in one hand crushing it to dust.He than had stepped forward his now crimson orbs watching the human children who backed up in fear."You've been mocking my sibling for being a half dog human?'' He watched as none of them answered."do you know who I am? and who Inuyasha is?'' The human kids all shook their heads backing away more."None of you PATHETIC humans would EVER be alive if it wasnt for this half breeds brother,if i EVER hear that you call him names or insults again I SWEAR there will be dire consequences to pay." He picked Inuyasha up setting him on his shoulder with a smirk as the human children all backed away and ran.
That was the last day Inuyasha and Tashamaru spent together or really shared any words for they grew apart...

He sat on the edge of the well with an emotionless gaze on his face looking down the well he than tossed a rock into it with a chuckle before rising to his feet and stopping near the forest where he examined the scorched remains of a collapsed building that was nearly Two hundred and fifty years old. He walked toward the old burnt wood kicking the large boards away snarling at the ancient fading smell of dead humans and one demon. He let a sharp snarl escape his lips as he kicked a final piece of wood which went through his leg it had been a sharp large piece. He stepped back watching the wound with an un-amused look before sighing."I Hope Kagome comes soon." He had invited his brothers mate to take a few day adventure.
