Nero is a very patient creature. He doesn't rush into things or take the risk of joining in battles. He prefers to watch others kill one another until he sees an opening for power that he can manipulate. These are the times he becomes active and shows his strategist side. He plans every move he makes not wasting any resources or time on things that aren't important. He sacrifices who has to to get the results he needs. He will do what ever it takes preserve his ambitions and to persevere.
He known to be a cruel master who won't tolerate anyone who is a threat to him or a threat to his plans. This couldn't be more true. He will strike anyone who will be a problem down within seconds. He makes sure to inflict pain before he ends their lives to make them regret their weakness or ambitions. Nero isn't patient when it comes to people who are just obstacles to him. He can be a kind master when one shows him respect and does as told. As long as you succeed in doing as asked you are safe from his wrath.
Nero is known for his flirtatious ways. He doesn't like woman, but he will make advances upon them if he has to. he will manipulate a woman who has fallen in love with him as readily as he would manipulate a man that fell in love with him. To him demons and people are just pawns and any of them who provoke a feeling of live within him he kills before they can become to much of a distraction to his thoughts. He doesn't allow himself to fall in love, he knows love as a wicked emotion that could lead to his death.

Nero was born a Dragon Demon. He was born under the full moon when the stars shined brightest, this was a great thing. This meant he had been born under the luckiest of stars, he would have a great future. There was one thing no one noticed, on the day of his birth a star faded from existence. This was an omen of destruction and death. A star had died during the birth of a dragon demon only once before. The dragon demon that had been born that day brought the destruction of a whole race of demons or at least the near extinction of them.
Form an early age he showed signs of great intelligence. He learned quickly, almost at a frightening rate. His mind and wit where sharp, his tongue as well. He spoke harshly to his tutors as he grew up, but only when they bored him or failed to teach him anything worth learning. He had been born into the royal class of his demon clan, so he was of course supposed to be tutored. He how ever had other plans. He would hide from his tutors and go to other demons for knowledge. He learned things from many other types of demons. He learned about nature, about philosophy, and several other things that played a large part in his future.
He was always punished for his running away, but it wasn't very harsh. He grew up without much interaction with others, he didn't really want it. He did how ever take an interest to the blade, something he hid learning. He found one member of his clan who was willing to teach him. He learned from him and eventually was able to beat him in combat. After that he felt he had no reason to remain in his clan so he left. At the age of 980 years old he left his clan for good.
He started his travels in the mountains learning much about fighting in harsh conditions. He took those lessons to heart and used them in every style he created. He also learned how to craft steel while he was in the mountains. It was a perfect place for mining so there was of course a smith there. He learned from this human and learned much about the craft. Having not fostered a hatred for humans yet he didn't kill the smith, but thanked him.
He journeyed into the woods where he ran into a snake demon. The snake demon was very illusive and very alluring to Nero. Nero had thought the demon to be a woman he found out later on it was a man. Nero finally caught up to the demon and attempted to charm it. The demon made no efforts to resist and Nero didn't find the fact it was a male demon repulsing, he found it better.
Slowly the two became closer to one another. Nero learned from the demon and taught the demon about the dragon clans. Nero learned from the snake how to manipulate nature, but even with what he wanted he couldn't bring himself to leave. It was a shame he hadn't left sooner. At the age of 1,990, he lost his first and only love.
It was during his time there that a spider demon attacked. The fight was quick and ended in the death of the Snake demon. Nero was enraged by this, but didn't pursue. He knew there was no point since he wasn't strong enough to defeat the creature. He did harbor a hatred of spider demons because of that and started his journey for power.
It wasn't until after 300 years of traveling that he finally decided to stop somewhere. He stopped in a small village where he pretended to be a wise man. He was good at the job and led the village into a prosperous place. As time passed he gained a sense of patience from this place and also he learned of strategy. He learned how to manipulate another person's gain and make it into his own. He turned the village upon itself. Certain families were destroyed and others remain. He made the village into a small military force. Against other humans they where a force to be reckoned with, but against demons they where nothing. This was when he began to hate humans. Cursing their weakness he killed them. They had lost a battle against his old sword master back from the Dragon clan. Nero challenged his old master to a battle. It resulted in his master's death. Nero took his old master's blade and a couple of fangs to craft a sword. The sword that resulted was the sword "Shinasma" (The white one).
He used his new weapon to kill countless people and even a couple of demons. He became stronger with each death he caused. He eventually was confronted by a demon. The demon that confronted him was a demon wolf. More wolf then human. The beast was easily slain, but it was a powerful force none the less. It was the base for his second sword "Intasa" (The black one).
After gaining these weapons he sought his ambitions higher. He wanted to kill Spider Demon and replace him as the major evil. He was beaten to this title, but he did gain a constellation prize. He learned much about manipulation while he attempted to do this. Now he lays in waiting. He is waiting for an opportunity to strike either under the banner of good or the banner of evil, which ever one serves him best.

- So many years to train have left him with many results. His physical powers are much stronger then most others. His strength in his human form is near half as powerful as his dragon form. He could uproot a tree in his human form, but as a dragon he can move mountains.
- He has learned to control his demonic powers so he can change at will. He doesn't usually use his dragon form because of how destructive it is, but he will if need be.
- He is a master of the sword. He can wield any blade with such precision that one would think him a demon general.
- He can control nature, this isn't his original gift so it does take some tole on his body when he is in his human form.
- He is a very persuasive creature who can turn allies against one another with simple words. That's how he got another nickname Nero the Manipulator.
- Under the guide of the full moon every 100 years he can look into the future through the surface of the moon. He never tells the prophecies he sees, but he does work against them most of the time. He opposes fate itself.
Weakness
- Using demonic powers in his human state are weaker and drain him.
- When his powers get out of control he can't control what he does. Once his rampage ends he goes into a state of sleep that can last for days.
- He doesn't take failure well....he tends to destroy anything near him when his plans fail. When someone fails him he kills them without a second thought.
- He is weak against the powers of a monk. They weaken him when he is in their prescience. During this time he is stuck in what ever form he has taken during that time.
