Strengths:
Yumi is very fast for a human; of course she has to be since she’s a demon slayer. Her agility is one of the best in from her village.
She is a very skilled swords woman, making her able to kill some opponents in minutes, even without the poison on her sword.
Purification allows her to purify any evil she wants by touching any part of them that she wants.
Yumi is also very skilled at getting out of sticky situations when there is a situation the she might die or get injured in. She usually smooth talks them. (If you've every seen Pirates of the Carribean, it's like what Jack uses to get out of situations)
Trickery is also good for these situations, but she uses trickery to fool the villagers in to paying her for something.
Weakness
Sometimes tricking people has it disadvantages. She gets attached to certain people even though she's there for a short time. If she hears that a demon attacks the village that they were in, she is depressed which makes her vulnerable.
Her small height is also a disadvantage. It makes it difficult for her to fight others especially demons. Her long hair gets in the way too. Sometimes the others she fights pull it and put a sword to her neck.
Sometimes while demon slaying, she gets a bit carried away and ends up wounding or killing some innocent people that got in the way.

Detailed personality description:
Yumi seems to come off as a sweet and kind person, almost innocent child like. She goes around villages taking care of small problems and errands, but for a certain price which is usually high. The villagers think that they get a better bargain, but Yumi knows better. As soon as everything is taken care of Yumi quickly leaves the village before people find out the truth.
Even though she isn't the nicest of people, she has her moments. If she truly feels bad for the village she won't charge them, or ask for anything in return for her services. It probably reminds her of her own village before the incident.She doesn’t like to fight unless she has to. She thinks is absolutely unnecessary, unless someone or something is attacking a village or an innocent by passer.

Overall description:
She has long black flowing hair that is usually tied up into a ponytail. Her eyes are deep chocolate brown, but there is something about them that people find very stunning. Her facial features are very delicate, almost childlike even though she’s 19 years old. Yumi isn't very tall so often when she's slaying demons they do not find her intimidating which is a mistake. When she wears her kimono you can't really tell that she has muscles anywhere, but if she rolls up her sleeves and the bottom of the skirt part of the kimono then you can see her calve and biceps.
Her wardrobe is rather simple; she usually wears a yellow kimono with pink cherry blossom leaves designs all over it. She has an outfit that’s easier to maneuver in when she’s fighting. It is almost like Sango's, except the armor around her waist goes all the way to her chest. The colors are a Dark green and a brown so she can blend in with her surroundings.
On her back she has a small wooden cylinder container that holds her arrows. She carries her bow in her hand. She has a leather sash that holds her sword; it is worn around her waist
History
Detailed Personal History:
Yumi was born in a large village, high up in the eastern mountains safe from demon attacks. Her family was a very noble family. She was taught the best education that was offered. She learned archery, swordsmanship, and priestess studies, which was one of her most dreaded “classes”.
Often Yumi came back to her homes with bruises and cuts from demons. Yumi was always courteous to every creature, even if they did try and hurt her. Her mother kept her in this house just to protect her from these demons. Yumi never understood it; she was only trying to make friends.
One day while playing out in the fields with several other 7 year olds, a dark cloud passed overhead; the village was raided by ferocious merciless demons. Everyone that was in the village at the time was murdered, including her parents. About an hour later Yumi came back to the village to see blood and fires everywhere. She sprinted in the direction of her home to see that her mother and father had been murdered, but her was brother was no where in sight. She had guessed that he had been lucky and had gotten away. Yumi was traumatized by these events so she ran far away.
Yumi kept running and running until her small body couldn’t continue. A man about in his 40’s saw her lying in the field, passed out, so he took her back to his village. They asked where she came from and she told them. The villagers felt sorry for her, so they offered her to stay in the village.
This village just so happened to be a demon slayer village so they began to teach her how to slay demons, and she continued with her other studies privately with a new master. She trained until she became of age to start going on missions. The leader noticed she was very skilled, better than most of people who were her age. He began to train her with the older, skilled slayers. It was sometimes hard, but she over came the difficult challenges that were given to her.
Soon Yumi turned 18 and left the village to do her own demon slaying. She was merciless at first, attacking every demon on site, but then she met a very kind demon. Yumi then realized that not every demon was bad. She began to slay demons that attacked her, villages or people that she had known very well.
