Detailed personality description: Kaitetsu is a courageous and bold hanyou. His confidence almost always turns into cockyness. Only after he receives a good beat by an opponent will he relize he needs help or to actually form a plan. His best strategy in battle is "all out attack". Along with always attacking first he does not do some of the things that follow: get angry in battle and throw the first punch. Of any other emotion he is most controlled with rage but he does have his limit. If he ever is mentally distressed he'll go for a swim to clear his mind. Socially he is open and not withdrawn. He likes to make friends and if he can help it not enemies. He hates really bossy people and owes respect to no one he knows.
When dealing with kin and members of his clan he is sometimes overly loyal especially to his superiors and his father. Toward his family he has mixed feeling when regarding to certain people. He has nothing but respect concerning his father and is his personal idol and inspiration when gaining power. He greatly respects his father's example and wisdom. He is always overjoyed when in his presence. He has the same relation with his mother but not much respect when compared to his father despite growing up with her most his life. He doesn't have an ideal relationship with his older brother. They are almost always at each other's throat whenever they meet. The reason for their hostility toward each other is better explained from his brother's point of view. It is also similiar with his younger sister. Though only because she is bossy and highly aggresive and violent. Kaitetsu likes action over words and usually is his outlook on life.

History
Kaitetsu is the second son of three children born from a Wolf Demon and a Wolf Hanyou. His fater carring the full blood. After being born he was sent away to stay with his mother. He lived with her through his infant years until he reached 15. Then he left by his father's request. Finally meeting his father again he went through his first of five trials required by his clan. At the time of his first trial, the clan's condition was very poor. Many of it's members were old and near death or missing. His Father was in distress of what to do to revive his clan back to it's better days.
Kaitetsu's first trial involved awakening his potential. He went through many tests, some of which were to survive a whole month without being killed by a demon hunters and even his own father. He passed the first trial. It took him 3 years to do so.( The length of the first trial is considerably long compared to the other four)
Against his will, he was sent back home to his mother. Kaitetsu was initailly depressed. He held a very special connection to his dying clan. Apon returning home he lived out more of his toddler life. In his small village he made some friends but with no intention of making a lasting friendship. Fortunetly for him, despite being half human and half demon, he was pretty much accepted by everyone in the village. This made him unaware of the discrimination towards half demons that most of his kind suffered. Living in the village until he reached age 32, he decided to leave because of his longevity and didn't like out living most of the humans he befriended.
And so Kaitetsu traveled the world. As far as he could go he went there. He saw rare sights, powerful nobels, strong demons, and fought many people. His most notable exeperience was when he meet the brother he only heard rumors about. He fought him but the battle was short and neither fought serious enough for it to be a great battle. After the battle, his brother decided that he would be strong enough to pass the Inheritance Trial later in his life but he would never be strong enough to stop him from taking it afterwards. This left Kaitetsu very confused but he paid no mind to it. When he became about 60, a messenger from his clan found him and took him back to his Clan's village.
As he returned he was intially excited but that turned to sorrow when he saw that the small numbers from the clan before wee half that now. His Father and around 12 elders were all that remained(including himself and his brother). He entered the second trial of awakening potential, which lasted 17 days. The trial involved developing battle skill and deciding if he had the ability to ascend to higher states of power. The trial was straight forward and he was able to pass it. At that point his father allowed him to stay at the village which made Kaitetsu happ yto be in the presence ohis father but that didn't last long because his father was almost always away from the village. While their he began to learn. Studying his clan's history and improving his literacy skills as well.
A few hundred years from the present he reached an age when he could finally affect the clan. He became active in all it's affairs. He assembled a council meeting where he suggested several ideas to improve the clan's revival. They were considered but still not enough people could be convinced to act apon them. His brother who was a pessimist, attacked all his ideas. They often gotten into big arguments. One that lasted until the present day. 3 months from the present, His brother suggested that he stop pretending to be wise, and that idealist make no progress. The remark sparked, for Kaitetsu their violent sibling rivarly. They fought again but like last time it was cut short but because his brother didn't hold back and had to be restrained from killing his own flesh and blood. Kaitetsu swore that he would revive the clan even if had to do it himself. he left a few days later and didn't return for 3 months coming to the present.
