Chapter One: The Dark Lost Soul

Tonight was a cold, but yet refreshing night as the odd group rested. There was two young ones, one a fox the other a two tailed cat. One hanyou, two women one to be a priestess the other a demon slayer. And one Monk, they sat there eating and laughing lightly at the past good times of their lives.

But as time went on the hanyou's ears perked, and he sniffed the air before the priestess noticed and blinked.
"What is it InuYasha?" The man stood before looking at the female.

"I smell.....something close, a demon I believe." Everyone was suddenly on edge, like the moment had been shattered by a rock and was left in pieces just to remember.

The slayer stood and got her abnormally large boomerang as the monk glanced at her, slowly reaching his hand up to her butt.
Suddenly a loud and painful smack was heard as the others looked a a flaring slayer and a red printed monk.

"MIROKU, this is hardly the time and place!" The slayer snarled out, the monk just looked up at her, a sly smile on his face as he took his right hand and rubbed the spot.

"Ah but soon my Songo it will be." The slayer turned a light pink before snarling again and stood, turning away from him before she stomped off toward the others.

InuYasha snickered lightly before placing the priestess on his back and bonding off after them, the small cat soon went up in flames and revealed a much larger sabar tooth two-tailed beast. The small furry tailed kid jumped on the beasts back as did the slayer and monk. They followed after the hanyou and priestess at a slower speed than the hanyou.



Soon they came apon a girl who was humming and dancing around, her long silver hair and bright but yet strangely dark crimson eyes. She wore a black kimono and a pair of black miko shoes. The priestess pointed at her and the hanyou nodded.

"Come my way
Kono yami no hotori
Come close to me
Ima akari tonoshi
I'll be with you, I'll be with you...
Tada soba ni iru kara" InuYasha stopped, his ears twitching at the top of his head as he let his eyes widen only a fraction, the priestess blinked.

"InuYasha are you ok? The girl stopped and turned toward them, blinking softly.

"Hello?"

Chapter 2: The strange girl

The hanyou stared at the girl for quiet some time, and small yet hopeful look in his eyes. The priestess began to worry greatly as she glanced from the girl to her small yet secret {Well she imagines it is xD} love.

"I-InuYasha......do you know her?" InuYasha didn't seem to hear her as he walked closer to the girl, she blinked again as she tilted her head.

"Inu-Baby?" InuYasha felt his heart sink into the depths of his stomach, he wrapped his arms around her tightly as the girl gasped along with the priestess.

"Inu-Baby it is you!!" She cried, hugging him back, the priestess felt sudden jealously and guilt in her heart as she watched them. The others were plain baffled.

"Luna, I thought you...died...." The girl, obviously Luna, smirked and chuckled as she pulled back arms length only to find InuYasha in tears. She smirked even more and whipped them away.

" You should know better than that, do you really think your Brother can harm me?" InuYasha smiled lightly, chuckling as well.

The monk cleared his throat, and the two looked toward the others and got an anime sweatdrop, they dropped their arms and InuYasha chuckled nervously.

" Uh, everyone, this is my babysitter Luna, she was suppose to be dead by Sesshoumaru...

Chapter 3: The Flashback

[/color] The infurious DaiYoukai snarled at her and raised his claws, the smaller yet amazingly protective InuYoukai Girl stood her ground and narrowed her eyes in return.
"He must be removed before the bloodline of my fathers become to tainted with....humans..." He winced mentally as his claws began to drip a sick green color, behind the girl was a woman with a red shirt over her head as she seemed frightened; A infants cry echoed in the feild. The Daiyoukai flashed forward and punched the girl down, she fell and soon tripped Sesshoumaru as she growled; Her claws glowing a bright blue as she clawed his side, he growled in pain and flashed back, the girl standing as she touched her bleeding cheek.

"Sesshoumaru, please, just stop....you know as well as me that this wont end the way you want it too." Sesshoumaru's eyes flashed crimson, the InuYoukai stepped in front of the young madian.
"Luna....move....now..." Sesshoumaru's eyes turned completely crimson as Luna turned to the madian and nodded, the madian nodded back and ran into the forest and away from the Dog Demon's fight. Sesshoumaru began to transform as Luna, the girl, stood in fighting stance, her eyes turned a bright blue as the red half moon on her forehead changed a black color.
As both demons' transformed a group of Demon Slayer's were gathering their things to fend off the demon's, Sesshoumaru changed into a dog that was huge in size while Luna transformed into a dog made of pure water, which looked a lot like InuTashio but in Sesshoumaru's size. The two began to fight and nearing the end...Luna was pinned down at the end of cliff nearing a hundered and twenty foot drop. Both turned back into their humanoid forms as Sesshoumaru raised his claws for the finally ending, his other hand wrapped around Luna's neck tightly as she grabbed his wrists and coughed.

"...I-I did my job...b-by protecting someone...Sesshoumaru." He froze, his eyes widened only a fraction as he stared down at the girl, his eyes narrowed as his brows furred in slight confustion. The cliff cracked from the huge pressure from their dog forms as sudden the cliff broke apart and the two fell, Sesshoumaru quickly transformed and fleed as he left the only girl in his life to die.

-A few Years later-

Luna was nearing the castle as she watched a young male dog ear'd boy flee to her, hugging her legs Luna giggled and picked the boy up. Since his mother died Luna had been taking care of him,
"So, what does Inu-Baby wish to do today eh?" Inu-Baby, or InuYasha as we all know him, giggled and flared his arms.
"Tell me the story of my Father again please!" Luna chuckled but suddenly stopped, her eyes widening as she turned to face a little older Sesshoumaru, InuYasha stopped as well and stared at him for a second before realizing who he was.

"InuYasha, go inside right now." InuYasha was set down, he knew this was serious because Luna only called him InuYasha when something was wrong, he immediatly ran inside and shut the door. Luna stood facing Sesshoumaru with her eyes narrowed, "What do you want Sesshoumaru?"
The DaiYoukai growled and narrowed his eyes, "Lord Sesshoumaru to you wench."

Luna sighed and flexed her claws, Sesshoumaru growled again and pulled out Tenseiga, The Sword of Heaven. "You must be the living dead, that drop I left you to die for was enough to kill anyone..." He spoke aloud so she could hear, she sighed again and grabbed a bow and some arrowed from the side as she aimed one and pulled the string as far as it would go.

"InuYasha...run" The arrow was let go as InuYasha ran out the back and into the forest, he didn't look back.[/ul][/i]
