OK, I was pretty sure this wouldn't go into the OOC Library, since it wasn't really classified as fanfiction or a story of any kind. This is just something I did for my English class. xD
Here was the assignment:
The topic for this worksheet deals using literary elements. You will use various literary elements within each line of a five-line poem. Each line of the poem will be worth 5 points.
Here are the directions you will use for your five-line poem. Each number tells you what should be included within that particular line:
1. Create a simile (Simile and Metaphor Review)
2. Give the name of your favorite song (don't forget the quotation marks)
3. Write an allusion
4. Write anything you want
5. Use a third person pronoun
Et ma réponse(and my response):
Like fire it burns,
An "Immortal" power,
Given to those like Cleopatra,
For within resided a special gift,
She had the power of love.
So, anyone else interested to see what they can come up with for the prompt? ^^ Lol or you could just make fun of me for writing such a piece of crap xD
