- You've compared timezones with everyone else to try and figure out the time most people are likely to be on

-You randomly wake up in the middle of the night after dreaming of PotW.
-You sneak into the living room to get online and see who's on, even when you're grounded.

-- You get on for the remaining five minutes you have in the morning before you go to school, and almost miss the bus because you kept postponing the good-bye.
-- You get an idea for a character at school/work/home, can't get on and so write out the bio on a piece of paper, but when you get on you never post it.
-- You go to other Inuyasha sites, but never stay active because you're too absorbed with PotW.
-- When most of your friends are from PotW.
-- When most sites you have are a majority of members that are your friends from PotW.

- Your RL friends get mad at you because you try and tell them stories about PotW that they don't understand
- You've ever responded to the name or something similar to the name you use for one of your characters.
- You've accidentaly written your main characters name on your paper instead of your own

-You don't talk to anyone in real life while online because it would distract you
-You yell at someone for making fun of you for spending time on PotW.
-You get mad at people who think PotW is stupid
-You try to explain your characters and your posts to people who couldn't care less

- When you blame your life for keeping you away from the site. >.>

Lol yes, I have done all three... the first time my stepbrother stared at me like I was insane. The second happened until just recently, and the third, well... *clears throat* Yes, I used to do that before I moved. v.v |

When you are actually in these stupid game joining in with all the other nutts playing their games with them.
When someone ask what you did all day you respond what your characters has done, and not what you have actually done.

(Not exactly Potw, but...) You know you're addicted to a computer when... - ...you have played almost 5000 games of solitaire in a six month period
- ...you download your favorite card/board games to play on your computer to pass time.
- ...when someone asks you a question you never look away from the computer screen at all.
