Varjo is cocky, arrogant, and essentially thinks he's gods gift to women-- a part he plays very well.
Calm, cool, collected, 'bad boy'-- all word to describe him. You could also say sleazy, I suppose, because though he hides behind the façade of a gentleman, he only ever has one thing on his mind.
Though arrogant, he generally prefers to not draw attention to hmself, rather chosing to slink around in the dark. His temper, though brutal, is quite hard to provoke.

Detailed Personal History:
When an incubus or succubus breeds win a human, you get a hireling. When an incubus breeds with a sucubus, you get another incubus or succubus. Being more spawned than born, Varjo was never really a child, and never knew his parents-- demons of his species do not much care for their offspring or parteners.
So his early years were very much the same as his life now. Aside from, of course, the slave girl he's recently aquired.
He picked her up on one of his infrequent murderous rampages, and seeing use for the one he didn't find and didn't kill, took her along with him.
