History
Detailed Personal History: Separated from his brother at a young age. He's lived with the former fuhrer of the army all his life and because of that and his skill as a soldier he earned the rank of colonel. His powers involve a unique set of elements, primarily ice and fire. He has the most contradicting set of primary abilities but that's what makes him so complex and hard to read as an opponent. He became colonel at age 20 and just recently became full bird colonel this past summer. His subordinates don't look down upon him although he has lack of experience in the position because they know all too well that he's capable of breaking their spines in one motion. As of now, Troy has gone on a hunt for Drek and so the military is momentarily using a temp. officer in his place. Troy hopes to find his orphaned brother and bring him into the military to erase all of his crimes he has committed against the land.
