    Detailed Personal History: 9 i dont know the origin o fShinigami so im ganna go with were he got his swords) a few years ago while walking threw the forest of inuyasha he intountered a hollow soul (a soul with no humanity left) he befriended this rare being and helped him to find peice in doing so the spirit gave him a blade he had before dying the demonic blade Pantera. when he was a few hundered years younger he was given a demon blade of ice, Hyourinmaru he trained with the sword for many years trying to unlock its secrets once he did he continued traveling hoping to find more power to help people with. the last sword he gained was his Tensa Zangetsu (Heavenly Chain, Cutting Moon) he had this sword specialy made for the purpose of invreasing his speed he even put a portian of his soul into it to insure it would only effect him in this way however it also added an offensive abillity completely unforseen to both the swordsmith and himself.
