The Family(Riujin)

It had been three years since Thorn had had to endure a painful pregnancy. Five months on bed rest, and severe mood swings and cravings, probably being the worst of the worst pregnant women. She gave birth to three, beautiful babies. Two boys and a little girl. The boys were named Kotaro and Tobi, and the girl was named Reiko. Kotaro was handsome, taking after his father in looks, with jet black hair and eyes. Tobi had silver hair and bright, light blue eyes, and Reiko had periwinkle hair and coal black eyes. Now, they were three years old and feisty as ever. And Thorn? She was six and a half months pregnant again.

The family of five had moved into a large Japanese mansion just a short walks away, the thicket still being used for a doctor's office and animal home. Silver had moved in with Riu and Thorn, along with Brambleclaw, Squirrelflight, Nightpelt, Sparktail, and Winterfang. Nightpelt, Sparktail and Winterfang were all siblings, once kits when Thorn and Riu first met. Now they were fully trained four year olds. Night was completely black now, Spark was a golden color, and Winter, the female, was a snowy white-blue with black stripes on her two tails and paws.

"Mommy!
Cried a little female voice from the other room. Thorn was busy making a stew in the kitchen, stirring while humming peacefully.
"What is it, Reiko?"
She called, pausing her humming to take a sip to see how much it needed to be cooked. She continued stirring, and suddenly a pair of arms wrapped around one of her legs.
"Mommy, when is dinnah gonna be daown?"
The three year old asked, bright periwinkle eyes watching the handle of the spoon move back and forth as her mother stirred the pot that was hung over the fire. Thorn chuckled.
"Soon, honey."
"Momma! Daddy won't come down from the tree!"
Called another voice. thorn snickered. Tobi raced into the house, his little, undeveloped wings out as he had tried in a desperate attempt to climb the tree.
"He'll come down soon, his stomach will get the better of him."
She assured, and tasted the stew again. She grinned, and turned to face the door, slightly immobile because of her large stomach.
"Riu! Kotaro!"
She yelled, and managed to get to her feet and go the the shelves and grab five bowls. She grabbed some spoons and then went into the dining room, where the short table and the sitting pillows were located. A vine had carried the pot from the kitchen, and had placed it on a place mat as Thorn set the table, shuffling as she went around to her spot. Reiko skipped in cheerfully, and Tobi soon lost his annoyed expression and ran over, sitting down across from his sister.
"Arigato Mommy!"
The two little ones voiced at the same time as she poured some of the food into their bowls. She glanced at the door, grinning as she waited for her other son and her husband to come in. She daintily ate a spoonful, having picked up the habit of eating meat while she was pregnant with the triplets, since liver was high in iron, which she needed. She smiled to herself; she could never be happier then she was now.

Riu was sitting in a tree out of reach of his young son. dangling his arm down as if to help the child into the tree then pulling it out of reach just before he could grab it. he laughs to himself at how Kotar kept trying to gab his hand anyways. his smile fades as their is a loud crack and the branch falls. Kotaro dodges but Riu smashs his head on the ground. he lays there as if knocked out his son looking at him slightly worried. "Im ok." he sits uprubbing the back of his head slightly imarassed.. "i gaut yo daddy." he grabs Rius arm both of them turnning to face the house as thorn calls.riu jumps up rushing to the house for dinner. "im here." he looks at his shoulder slightly confused. kotaro dangling from his arm. "have you been there the entire time."

Thorn couldn't help but giggle as Riu raced in with Kotaro hanging on his arm.
"Come on boys, stop horsing around."
She snickered, tempted to throw a piece of her stew -- a vegetable or chunk of meat -- at Riu, but she bit her lip and resisted the urge so she wouldn't set a bad example for her children. She placed a hand on her stomach as the baby kicked, probably wanting her to continue eating. She smiled, and ate another spoonful. Already, she was wondering what to make for supper tomorrow, and as she thought, ramen came to mind, causing the baby to kick again. She chuckled, and continued to eat. Tobi had started glaring at Riujin, probably because he hadn't been able to get him in the tree. Reiko elbowed him, before gulping down some more food.
"Daddy, when is Mommy gonna have baby brother or sister?"
She said in her little, childish voice as she ate.
"Ewww dun talk wit your mouth full!"
Tobi said, recoiling slightly as he looked at her. Thorn chuckled again.
"Your brother is quite right. Manners Reiko."
She said, and Tobi ended up looking quite pleased with himself since he'd been appraised by his mother. Thorn giggled.

Riu sat down to eat kotaro dropping from his shoulder and siting next to him. they both grab a bowl of food at the same time eating at the same pace. riu smiles at Reiko's question swallowing his food as not to bother anyone. "it'll happen in time Rei, just be patiant." he continues to eat.

Echo runs in the room watching Rius food move toward his mouth seemongly in slow motion. he runs up his shoulder and eats his food before Riu does. riu just sits there looking at him for a moment Echo just standing there with his mouth on the spoon.

Reiko, Tobi, and Thorn all burst out laughing at Echo's appearance as he ate the stew poised on Riu's spoon.
"ECHO-KUN!"
Reiko shouted hysterically, holding her gut as to not fall over laughing. She was the more laughing type of the bunch, and being a three year old didn't help matters. Tobi was snickering quietly, Thorn grinning. She held her arm out for Echo, having ate her stew already, since she had a monstous appetite because of her pregnancy.
"Echo, get over her before he beats you to a pulp,"
She said, laughing. As she spoke, Nightpelt dashed into the room, black pelt shiny after a long groom. Winterfang and Sparktail chased him, racing into the dining room and disappearing into another.

He looks at Echhis eyes narrowed. "you little snake with legs." he reachs for echo who runs behind Thorn. "you cant hurt me Riu im made out fo your bleed which meens im part of you so if you kill me its a form of Suicide" riu looks at him slightly confused. "why is it your so smart about stuff like that when your made out of my bleed."
