"Hm, well I don't know him well enough to speak on that." And she really didn't. All she learned from their encounter was that he was not one to be trifled with. This conversation was begining to bore her though. She would rather be discussing something helpful. Such as Naraku, or the Shikigami. She decided she best start with Naraku first, and then try to draw the source of the girl's powers into said conversation. "I didn't know he had a charge either. There were no children there from what I saw. Still, that is a bit odd, don't you think?"
"Anyway, is there anything you can tell me about this Naraku demon? I too am an enemy of his." That wasn't a lie. That didn't mean she was one of the good guys, but it wasn't a lie. Amoi was her allie, though it seemed nobody had seen or heard from the demon girl in quite some time. Maybe she had gone into hiding. Maybe she had never been serious about her plans. Maybe she was already dead.

She wondered what exactly she would be able to tell the demon woman. She didn't know much about Naraku at all, except what she had heard from the others the last time. And of course what she had seen for herself while fighting him. And honestly, she couldn't exactly say that there was very much she knew at all. She hadn't exactly been privy to his life story, or something like that. Although if she said that out loud, she knew she'd probably be called insane.
"Well, I don't know much I'm afraid... only that he cursed one of my friends with a wind tunnel, and he killed another of my friend's former love. Also... I think he killed, or at least arranged, the entire annihilation of a Demon Slayer Village." As she stopped to think, she sunk her two front teeth into her lower lip, a habit she had developed years ago. "Hmm... and I know he has a barrier that protects him... but my powers can break it."

'Hm, seems pretty powerful, no? But I hear that he isn't a full demon...Most curious..." Zuki's face shifted to a mask of thoughtfullness for a second, which then cracking into a slight smirk. "Well, thank you so much for this information-- you've been even more helpful than both his ex mates, actully."

Kaname felt herself blink, and then blink again. For some reason, she couldn't wrap her mind around what Tsuzuki had just said. Ex...mates? she wondered silently. But that couldn't be. How could a demon like Naraku ever have feelings for anyone? Maybe she heard wrong, and the demoness had said something completely different. Yes, that was probably it. There probably wasn't any mention of the word 'mate' at all. But still, something about hearing that bothered her a lot. If it was true, than that meant that maybe they had been wrong about Naraku.
Maybe the half-demon was capable of being kind, of loving. That thought struck her like a ton of bricks. Had they possibly been wrong about him? If he really did have a mate... or multiple mates, as Tsuzuki had just said, then perhaps... Unless of course he was simply using them to get something he wanted. That definitely seemed like something that he would do. Naraku didn't seem the type to actually fall in love with anyone. So if what the demoness said about his mates was true, then he was simply using them to get something. He had to be. A demon that cruel couldn't have a heart.
Although... a lot of people said the same about Sesshomaru... and she knew that wasn't true. The demon lord may put on a cold exterior, but he still had a heart. It was just hidden away from the world. Maybe Naraku was like that too. But she knew there were too many 'maybes''. 'Maybe' only went so far, especially when dealing with someone like Naraku. She mentally smirked. Maybe should only be used if it's with something like, 'maybe I should go meet with them.' She settled with that thought, knowing it was probably the best she would be able to come up with, considering her current state of shock.
In fact, her shock was still so great that she was finding it difficult to breathe. Or maybe that was her imagination. When she swayed slightly, Kaname realized that she wasn't only finding it difficult to breathe; at some point she had stopped breathing altogether! Taking a wavering breath, she concentrated on trying to get air back into her lungs, and to her brain. She definitely didn't want to pass out. When she was sure that she probably would not faint, she looked back at Tsuzuki, a thought stuck in her head. "Was one of them named Kikyo?" she asked softly, wondering if the priestess had somehow gotten over her hatred for Naraku and began to love him. It was possible, but not likely.
