Momo is the leader of her siblings, one because she’s the oldest, and another because she’s the most responsible. Her words are laws to them, and the entire group trusts each other with their lives. Momo is very hopeful and is quite the dreamer. She loves to sleep, and often when she can’t, she daydreams. She’s hyperactive to the extent that some people would want to kill her.
She’s very motherly, since she’s raising her younger siblings. She loves to make people laugh, just like she loves to laugh. She often makes a complete fool of herself just to lighten the mood. She doesn't get angry easily, but when she does, you wish you hadn't hacked her off. She tends to fume in silence, since she thinks that no one should have harsh words put against them. She gets over her anger quickly, though. She also tends not to let it drop, even if she's not mad anymore. She gets her hopes up easily, and always imagines fantastical images of her 'saving the day', even though she's normally the one to make a rescue attempt nearly fail. After she's done being funny and ditzy, though, she can be quite serious.

The legend of her family is filled with holes and half truths, but some of it is honest. Many years before her great-great grandmother was born, a beautiful celestial maiden bore a human man a child. The girl grew up with her father, an object of beauty. Eventually, she got married. However, her husband was unfaithful, so she used her heavenly powers to curse him and all of his descendants with the burden of guarding the village they lived in with powers that were unearthly. This was known and disregarded, until the man’s new wife gave birth to their first child. The child had snow-white hair and golden eyes, and as he grew, he developed unusual powers. The half celestial maiden went to heaven and never looked down again.
When Momo was born, her father was overjoyed. Being the ‘Wind Child’, she was an important part of the villagers lives, since trade ships that came to them were pushed by the wind. She’d push and pull people in and out of the port, and was often given things for her family for helping in what would have been disastrous situations. When her village was attacked, her parents were killed, and she took it upon her self to become a traveling guardian. Since, she and her band of traveling siblings have been all over most of the island, trying to help people.
