Stray Fox (Open)

The small fox demon made his way down the moutain. His white fur blending almost perfectly into the snow, as he approaches the forest down below. As if just to get a change of scenery the small fox continues down finally reaching the the forest.

The foxes pace slow as its ears lightly twitches making sure, no other demons was nearby. Slowly he approaches a large tree, and curls up under, placing his tail around his body. The small fox would lay there for a moment laying his head onto his tail watching the sky, and the top of the trees as the wind made them sway.

After a few moments his little ears twitch as he turns his head, hearing the sounds of others. The fox quickly gets up and goes to investigate, yet slowly in hopes he would get caught in the process. He follows along the shadows of the trees, as his red eyes peer around them to see if anything was coming.

In the forest the ground was covered in snow. The winds howled, Mamoru and Shikyo crept along the tree lines in silence wanting no trouble, well mainly Shikyo who wished nothing more to avoid all physical fighting, how she hated it. Mamoru snorted looking back at Shikyo, who shivered and grip his fur tight. "It will be OK, I promise nothing will harm you."

Shikyo grin weakly at Mamoru. "stop for a second I have to check the land first." She jumped off his back and landed in the snow. "doesn't the snow mess with your foresight?" Shikyo ignored him and howled a silent call as her eyes rolled back and her body went limp. Mamoru sniffed and sighed when his ears twitched.

She snapped out of trace and ran off gathering wood and kindle. Shikyo sat in the snow, a soft wind combed its chilled fingers down onto the mountains. She lend back over still working on the fire. Mamoru laid lazily to the side breathing heavily the wind messed with his large ears. They quiver and stirred, as he peeked to shikyo and breathed out a sigh. "Tell me are you almost done?" Shikyo sighed her self, peeking over her shoulder to read the impatience in his eyes. "Almost Mamoru."

Mamoru groaned and stood towering over Shikyo's hunched form looking over her shoulder's breathing on her neck. "that doesn't help me Mamoru, I''m...almost...there done!" She warmed up to the fire letting its heat warm her hands. "finally." Shikyo giggled then stopped as she looked by the trees to see red eyes,"tis a fox," Mamoru tense and growled slightly.

The fox watches the two, not making a sound. The fox almost scuffed towards the male laying back, demanding someone else to do something that he wishes to be done. The small fox took another step forward which would lead to him being caught later. But he watches the woman as she moves the wood and finally gets a fire going, which would be a great feet for how much snow, was still within the air.

The small fox was ready to turn and leave about this time til the girl, called out towards him. His fur begins to raises dramticly as his tail stood staight up. The fox growled out but did not move. 'If they attack, I will not hold back.' The small white fox steps back as the front of his body lowers in case of needing to attack.

His apearance only look that of a normal fox other then the red of his eyes. His attention quickly moves to the girl to the one growling. The cold chill in the air, quickly increases as the fox carefully watches the two.

Shikyo popped mamoru on the snout. "Stop it mamoru tis just a little fox," She watched the little fox's movement and stance, "see? look what you did frightening the cute fox." Shikyo shuffled onto all fours and crawled over slowly to the fox. "Its ok white one, its ok.." she stopped at a respectable distance and reach out her hand, palm up and flat wanting the fox to sniff her hand. Mamoru groaned and notice the change, "I don't think thats a normal fox, shikyo get away from it."

Mamoru's fur flatten and his muscles relax as he snort at the fox, but stand far back fearing the fox might lash out. Shikyo shook her head and rested abit looking at the fox her hand still out palm face upward. "but its so cute mamoru!" She growled softly to the fox showing she meant no harm. "Ignore my friend little fox, he is just over protective..." shikyo mental slapped her self for her comment as mamoru growled to shikyo, "With good reasons remember yusuke and wen?"

Mamoru raised he head with a smirk on his face making shikyo blush beet red. "shut up mamoru!" Mamoru laughed, "watching those two chase after you is amusing."

The fox was still debating on running or attacking before coming up with a new plan. He watches the girl closely seeing that she actually wishes to be nice. But his eyes kept also watching the eyes of the other who seem way more aggresive.

They seem to be having their own comflicts as the fox finally gave up on the attack and stood up straight watching them. 'I guess if I play the part, I might just get fed.' The fox then smiles to himself as the girl was turn back yelling at the other he hopes up onto her lap slightly curling into a small ball, placing his tail lightly over his face.

The extra chill in the air vanishes just the same as it came as the little fox closes his eyes resting onto her lap. His eyes open quick enough when his stomache growls uncontrolibly. The whole time on that moutian and it seem he nothing he could eat lived on it. He then moves back up onto all fours as he looks back up towards the girl.

mamoru flicked his tail seeing the fox still staring at him, "I think it has a staring problem..." Shikyo growled at mamoru before shikyo squealed at something heavy and soft on her lap. She looked down and murred softly rubbing the fox, mamoru snorted and growled out of jealousy. Shikyo looked back and giggled, "guess wen and yusuke isn't the only one chasing after me in circles."

Mamoru lowered himself into a pounce, but stop and drop to the ground. "I am not jeaslous..." Shikyo ignored mamoru and rub the fox's fur. mamoru sniffed the air as the change stop making him glare to the fox,"I swear that fox..." mamoru kept his comment to himself as he curled up into a ball by a nearby tree.

Shikyo ears tingled at the growl from the fox,"poor lovely your hungry". Mamoru flicked the bag over to shikyo filled with food and took out a strip of dried beef. "Do you want this?" Shikyo smiled sweetly as she held the piece inches from his mouth.

The fox smiles to himself. 'Yes you big oaf, you know I am not a fox, but what can you do about it.' He watches her carefully as she pets him, lightly enjoying the feeling. He slowly turns himself so that she is scratching his head.

He then looks up to the slice of beef she pulls out and quickly biting into it. He sits it down onto her lap as he quickly begins eating it. The fox quickly finishes it and swallows it before hopping onto her shoulder. From there he could get a good view around, and wouldn't have to worry about the large guy wanting to pounce him, unless meaning to hurt her in the process.

Shikyo could tell the fox was loving the feeling as she watched it turned so now she was scratching it ears. "aww you like that?" Shikyo nuzzled her face on the fox, "Oh your just so cute!" Mamoru rolled his eyes and growled softly, "come close to the fire before you freeze out there with you little toy." Shikyo sighed and shook her head, "mamoru your such...I have no words to describe you."

Mamoru smirked, "As I thought." Shikyo threw a tightly packed ball of snow at mamoru hitting him in the face. Mamoru yelped and snorted whipping the snow from his face with his tail turning away. Shikyo took out another piece of beef and handing it to the fox. "you seem really hungry.." Shikyo stood holding onto the fox and sat next to the fire taking out a couple of pieces of food and place them on a snow cleared ground. "For you little one."

The fox continues to move alongwith hre hand before taking ahold of the neef beef strip which he eat wquickly and in the same manner as the last. He rode over towards her closer to the fire, ready to escape til she distracted him with more food. He leaps onto the ground eating the food as fast as he can so he could remove himself from this fire.

He looks around once finish eating, and none of them seem to be to worried about him. He slowly makes himself around Shikyo in hopes for her to shield the heat off him. He would of normally ran, but he has grown tired of living on this moutian and had nothing better to do with his time, so playing along may just keep him entertained.

Mamoru saw his chance as shikyo seem occupied with feeding the fox, and growled as his chest and mouth swelled then deflated as the fox crawled around to her back side he snorted again at the fox glaring it down, "you're lucky little fox," he growled softly and mumble to make sure shikyo didn't hear. Shikyo looked to her back and pat the fox, "I guess you don't like the heat from the fire who can blame you since you lived in the mountains for so long."

shikyo sighed as she drew in the snow bored. Mamoru grin as he jumped in front of Shikyo in a crouched position; front legs slightly about and his back arch down to the ground."Please I don't feel like training!" Mamoru snapped at shikyo who rolled out the way careful to not to roll on the fox and grip a whip covered with snow.

Shikyo nodded and tried an overhand snap, leaving her mid and lower body unprotected and exposed. Mamoru was in a position to attack her vulnerable spot. "Careless...". Shikyo faked a setup for a low crack Mamoru moved to avoid the blow, she brought the movement around full circle and strike high. The blow landed home and slice opened Mamoru’s skin. "hmm careless", Shikyo grin and snapped the whip mere inches from his face.

now they are engaged in a no mercy duel. Mamoru lazily snapped his jaws at her, she knew his game well, but this was different she relaxed trying to figure out his plan. As soon as Shikyo let her thoughts run he snapped his jaw and lurched forward, and it crack an inch from her skin, then wrapped around her neck.

He's weight knocked her to the ground, his teeth hold gently. "Like I said...careless..." He lets go and backs up allowing her to sit up. Shikyo pouted as mamoru looked to the fox grinning. " I wonder if it could fight for its self..."

The fox didn't flitched but only watches the him as he growls at him. He moves out of the way and watches the two, coming to understand their fighting styles better. The fox watches at the two both would attack one another, but the fox didn't move any.

Once Shickyo was down the man once again once again looked at him and made another threat towards him. He fox scuffed, since he was getting tire of the countless threats made towards him. "Well now, there only one way to find that out now isn't that right, ya big oaf."

The fox looks back into his eyes, waiting to see what exactly he would do now, that he just spoke loud enough for the two of them to both here. "So what will it be, will you fight the girl much smaller then you, or me, who is smaller then the two of you. But think quick if you don't mind I still have another piece of meat I can eat."

[shikyo]

Shikyo almost drop the whip until reflects made her catch the handle of the whip. "it..talks?" Mamoru grinned and licked his jaws with a smirk, "as I thought the little white devil was no regular fox." Shikyo giggled a little as shikyo covered her mouth while mamoru glared at shikyo." shut up," Mamoru snarled at the fox now as he moved with heavy steps.

"he called you a big oaf," mamoru snarled even more, "You have a smart mouth little fox, I will sure be happy to rip you a new hole." Mamoru chest and mouth swelled as an icy fire ball shot forth from his mouth. Shikyo gasped and yelped, "no fighting!"

The icey chill in the air blew heavly into the forest, making large flakes of snow within the wind. The fox quickly moves from the area leaping under the tree he was once at. The fox stood their lightly swaying his tail back and forth.

"Was that really meant to hit me, my you really are a big ,slow moving oaf now aren't we.
"Now are you finished, I would like to finish my food, or do you actually want me to fight back, next time, I assure you, my bark is more vicious then my bite."

[shikyo]

Shikyo whole body shivered at the chill that wrapping her arms around her. "mamoru the weather it changed," She opened her palm to catch a couple of snowflakes. "stop mamoru your messing with something we hardly know..." Shikyo stepped back as mamoru chuckled and glared as he crept closer placing his one large paw on food."

You starting to piss me off little fox," with one flick he toss the rest of food into the fire. "Guess you don't eat then..." Mamoru grin, a clear liquid drip from his mouth he blow the substance over the open flame it fed the fire, it extended and rushed towards the fox with great speed.

The fox says nothing as he watches him, yet his mood did sway once he thre his food into the fire. The foxes eyes begin to glow red, as the wind in the snow begin to match that at the top of the moutian. "I guess I will just have to make beef strip out of you now." The fox growls out waiting for him to come closer.

Once he was close enough he leaps up over him and ran down his back towards behind him as he begins to glow. "I guess I shall fight you in more of an equal stature." The fox seem to grow as his human form takes place. His long white hair moved down his back and waved into the wind. His body was covered in a demon lord's armor. His tail though remained and stayed behind him, along with his ears that twitches within the wind.
