Asaim sat in one of the many trees just thinking, about many different things, her family,naraku,her neckleace like inuyasha's (the one that makes him fall down), and just life in genral. She was so busy thinking she didn't notice a new scent. Her dog ears were twitching listening to everything going on around her

Anyone who knew who Hachiemon associated with would think the tanuki was up to something were they to see him. If confronted, Hachi would probably deny any such activities. At least, today, it would be the truth. For he was up to nothing but a walk through the woods. Such a thing was not against any laws Hachi had heard of.
The raccoon-dog paused suddenly in his walk, a noise in the nearby area having caught his attention. "Hm?" he hummed, just happening to look up in his search for the sound. There was someone up in the tree. Deciding that the person looked like they didn't want to be disturbed, Hachi turned back to the path.

Asaim notice a new scent, a raccoon dog. "Whos there" she said jumping down from the tree and in front of Hachi's path. But he neckleace came up and hit her in the head, "damn stupid necklace if it's not making me fall face 1st to the ground it's hitting me in the head." she said talking to herself,

"Ah!" he shouted, falling backwards as the girl came down from the tree. "Don't hurt me!" he muttered, standing back up and preparing to defend himself. He couldn't help it....sudden actions scared him a bit. Hell, if truth be told, some of the things his friends asked him to do scared him.
Now, that's not to say that Hachiemon was a complete coward....people jumping out of trees didn't frighten him......intimidating-looking people jumping out of trees did. But then, calming down a bit, this girl didn't look quite as scary now as he had thought she would.

She laughed "why would I hurt you, by the way who are you?" she asked smiling her fangs showing a bit.

Dropping his defensive stance, Hachi just looked at the girl. She looked like a hanyou, but one could never be too sure in these times. Seeing as she posed no immediate threat, he decided there was no harm in telling her his name.
"I am Hachiemon, a tanuki youkai, though most just call me Hachi," he said. "Who are you?"

"I'm Asaim, yes I know what your thinking. I am a hanyou." she told him. "So Hachi what were you doing by yourself, not very wise in these times" she told him.

"I was only walking...." he started defensively. "Besides, I can transform if I have to...." he added. "What about you? You're alone." Hachi knew from various past experiences that turning the questions around on the asker was not wise if you did not know the other person. And even if you did know them, it still wasn't the smartest thing to do.

"Well I have my sword the Aiedail, it contrals lighinting and can kill 20 demon with one acttack" She awnered him. "My great great great grandfather made it from his fang." she told him, "hey you would not know a way to get this neckleace off of me would ya" she asked him holding up her necklace like inuyashsa's.

Hachi stared in wonder as she explained about her sword. His wonder turned to surprise at her next words.
"Where did you get the Beads of Subjugation?" he asked, moving closer to look at the beads. As far as Hachi knew, there was no way to remove them, unless the person who put them on removed them. Perhaps if he knew where she got such a magical object, he could help her get rid of it.

"well when I was little village kids picked on me for being half demon, and one day I got so mad I went into full demon form and kinda killed almost all of the kids in the village. So my mother had Kaede put it on me so next time i went into full demon form. it only worked for my mother and some girl named Kagome." she explained to him

Hachi nodded. It made sense. "I think only the Priestess Kaede can take them off of you...." he said, putting a hand to his chin. "Or maybe Kagome will know what to do....But I don't know where Kagome is right now," Hachi sighed. He didn't know what would happen if he tried to take them off on his own, and he wasn't really all that keen on finding out.

"She's a young woman from a different time....at least that's what they say..." Hachi had only officially met Kagome a few times. Usually, she was around InuYasha, Shippo, Miroku, and Sango. "Like I said...I haven't got the slightest clue where she is. Master Miroku may know, but I haven't seen him for a while," he sighed. "If you don't know who Kagome is, then how is it that she can control your Beads?" he asked suddenly.

"It's what Kaede said, she has some kind of power that my mother left to Kikyo, so some how Kagome got it." she explained. "Miroku he's the perverted monk is he not?" she asked
