Hiro's entire village is slain.

Hiro was awake and was able to move again. "Thank you, I never caught your name." Hiro picked up the ribbon he had been carrying. "Amoi, she killed my entire village... She killed my grandfather. Her minions killed my mother.... and my unborn sister.." Hiro began to sob but quickly wiped his tears away. "Where can I find Amoi?"

[Lord Itachi]

"Hold on for a second." Nyx nodded toward Miyako and Hiro as he landed back on the ground ruffling his fur a bit he than flashed his teeth toward the villagers who all backed away in fear.He than threw his head violently as he lunged toward a group scarring them away he than did this to the other group watching as the hunter withdrew there swords."I DARE you to try that." Nyx's body grew a bit larger and Miyako along with Hiro were covered in a protective layer of ice.


Nyx dodged the hutners sword all except one that sliced him hard down his side and onto his chest.He gave a loud blood curling snarl that finally scarred them away."Quickly Demon into the forest." He nudged her with his head as he glanced back toward Miyako and Hiro.

Evane's eyes began glowing a cyan color, and she stared at the hunter. His swords began glowing too, and he dropped them as they were tossed to the side. She got up, still in slight pain, and managed to bolt for the forest, leaving several villagers stunned. She stumbled through the brush, brambles scratching her legs as she barreled through. She stopped in a clearing, certain they would be followed, and she reared, ignoring the pain in her neck.

[miyako]

Once they'd landed and the danger had passed, Miyako carefully took hold of the man. "I am Miyako, a priestess. I have come to this villiage looking for work, and someone I have lost..." Miyako nearly dropped the man as he told his story.

"Amoi? How horrible...." she choked out. Yet another family torn apart. She couldn't stand it. "Come on...Let's get you to Kaede...perhaps she can help you find Amoi...." Miyako blocked the mental protests that rose up, the shouts from her mind telling her that finding her brother was top priority, and had been since her training had been completed. Growling softly in the back of her throat, she shut that part of her brain off. This man's family had been killed....her own family was merely missing. His needs were more important. "Tell me your name," she asked the man gently, to show that she was indeed willing to do her duty as a priestess and help him.

[Lord Itachi]

Nyx sniffed the air a bit as he layed down beside the hut."I Apologize the Priestess Kaede isnt around..." He clsoed his eyes halfway as he lowered his head to lick the blood off his side and chest.His red eyes than fell to Miyako."Maybe i can answer your questions." He watched the man in a calm way but at the same time he listened to Miyako.

"My name is Hirohito. Call me Hiro." "Do you happen to know who that man was who took my sword?" Hiro grabbed some jerky from his pocket. "Do you want some jerky?" Hiro accidently dropped the ribbon and went chasing it off into the woods, as he ran he yelled "I'll be right back!"

[miyako]

Her dark blue eyes flickered to the ice cat. "As I have said before, I am looking for work. Is there any to be found here?" She whirled around, long hair whipping her shoulders as she turned, watching the man run off.

"Hiro! Wait! You are not...." she trailed off as he disappeared. Turning again to face the cat, she dropped to her knees in front of it. Stupid man.... she grumbled in her head. There's no way he's fit enough to run around chasing ribbons into demon-infested forests! Ah, well. If he came back injured again, that was his own fault. Of course, she would help him if she could, but Miyako would make no promises.

Hiro comes back with the ribbon in his hand. "I'm back" Hiro sat down and began to eat jerky. "The demons in the forest were running away from something"

[Lord Itachi]

Nyx narrowed his eyes a bit as he nodded toward Miyako."The only thing that egts you real oney would be demon slaying! Most will pay and give you a place to sleep." He smiled a bit as he lay down beside Miyako watching Hiro with close eyes."You know all three of us could go around slaying demons but not until this Hiro is better." He yawned a bit.

Hiro looks at the ice demon. "Well, I suppose I could join....." Hiro noticed the blood on his clothes and stared in horror. "I-t's not my blood..." Hiro was paralyzed in heartache. "It's my mother's..." He had just noticed her blood on him after he tried to help her but couldnt. He lowered his head and began to sob, and then punched a tree with such might, his fist penetrated all the way through the tree and it fell down. Blood from his hand trickled from the wood splinters in his fist and hit the ground. Hiro couldnt move.

[miyako]

Miyako found herself nodding. It was a good idea...forming a demon-slaying team. She stood, eyes flying wide as she turned, seeing Hiro. She winced before going to help him.

"Calm down! We've all lost people we cared about....but you don't see any of the rest of us punching holes in defenseless trees, do you?" she sat next to him and began to pull the splinters out so that she could bandage his hand. "I was separated from my family when I was seven....You are not the only one in pain here," she tried to be comforting as she ripped the sleeve of her kimono off to make a bandage.

Hiro calmed down looked at the tree. "I...did that?" He looked his hand. He looked at Miyako and said, "I'm sorry, I try to keep that under control." "I must find my grandfather's sword..."
